We’ve been customers for two years now. They’ve done a good job on everything we’ve dropped off. Everything makes it back to our house, cleaned, on time. They’ve managed to handle some very difficult cases, and when they’re not sure they can succeed, they let me know. And the people behind the counter are always nice.

Absolute BEST Dry Cleaner in the neighborhood. Best prices, great quality and fast. Nicest people. I highly recommend them.

Dropped off my suit and several pieces of clothing before heading out of town to a wedding.
Got to the wedding and noticed 1 shirt ripped in the back, multiple holes in my suit pants and the buttons ripped off the suit jacket.
When I called I was told that they wrote down that the suit had no buttons when we dropped it off (I wear the suit to work, it had buttons), and told me lots of customers want suits dry cleaned without buttons. No answer for the holes in everything.
First and last time using this business.

This is my favorite dry cleaner in the Upper West Side neighborhood and the only place I bring my dry cleaning and wash-​and-​fold laundry. The owners (Peter and Jessica) are such kind, professional, hardworking people and never once in over two years have they lost or misplaced any article of clothing. They are extremely well-​organized and efficient. My cashmere sweaters always come back neatly wrapped in tissue paper and my wool suits beautifully cleaned and pressed. The wash-​and-​fold is super quick (same day drop-​off and delivery to your apartment) and always reliable.
The prices here are extremely competitive and I would not dream of going anywhere else. This is a great local business and I support them whole-​heartedly.
