I am the owner of Cooking by the Book, a cooking school in Manhattan. I had a simply awsome experience with the Siematic Company and specifically with Susan Smart, a true master in kitchen design. Cooking by the Book was in need of a facelift for our kitchen, actually a whole new kitchen. Susan came into our existing space and evaluated our needs carefully and thoughtfully. She developed an incredibly efficient design, deftly improving the kitchen layout to add more working space without having to move a wall! The Siematic cabinets are work horses: beautiful to work at, able to hold a ton, and resilent to constant use! Our space is used for team cooking several times a week by very active people. The cabinets could have taken a beating, but after almost 4 years and they really look brand new. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Siematic and more specifically working with Susan Smart.
