I wish there were six stars! SINU deserves at least that many. For the better part of two years I partnered with SINU to extend the capacity of our tiny IT department. Our organization is a nationally-focusd campaign, with 19 employees working out of our 4,000 sf Chelsea offices and SINU has been amazing this entire time. With an exceedingly fast-paced organization such as ours, facing continually shifting goals and re-defined priorities, the absolute last thing you want to think about is buying a new printer or how to resolve a VOIP issue. The only thing that matters is getting that new printer ASAP and getting the VOIP issue resolved — quickly. And here is where SINUs’ star rises. They ask a few questions, figure out what you need and then make some recommendations. You either go with their recommendation or suggest your own, but in the end the printer arrives and one of their capable staff shows up to meet it and then they install it. New employee? No problem. SINU staff have it covered, whether you need to buy a new workstation or reprovision an old one. VOIP problem? They will contact the vendors, dig in and do all the diagnostic work to figure it out. I can’t even imagine the last two years without SINU, I’m so thankful for our partnership and the sanity that that I can still claim is mine thanks to having SINU by my side.
