When you work in midtown there are so few affordable lunch choices when you dont eat fast food. That is why I am such a huge fan of this Soup Cart! His soup is tasty, not too salty and inventive «Ravoli Chicken Soup» what can be better than that. I’m having New England Clam Chowder right now. There are at least 8 different soups to choose from, but get there early, he thens to runs out of the more popular flavors after 1:30p
$ 4.50 for a small and $ 5.50 for a large soup and a roll.

I think there are a bunch of these soup carts around midtown. The guy at this cart is super nice and the soups are really good, too. It is never too salty or bland. The jerk chicken is superb. You can ask to try samples if you wish. You can even do combos! Like cream of broccoli + clam chowder or something. $ 4 for small and $ 5 for big. Don’t go too late because they tend to run out the good stuff.
