Book them!!! We had a SERIOUS post-​construction clean up and they did an amazing job. The Spotless team worked around us and were super accommodating of our time and the ongoing work around them as we were on a deadline to finish the apartment construction and set-​up. The difference between start and finish is like night and day. Everybody was pleasant and smiling and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Andrew is a great contact to work with, and Constance and her team are the best! Very nice, very professional, gets the job done and then some.

Really wonderful service. Saved my dear husband hours of frustration and loss of family time. Derrick G. is a superhero. He came and assembled a full size bunk bed with trundle from hell. It arrived in five different packages. Just looking at that pile of boxes was so demoralizing, I knew I couldn’t put my husband or myself through that. But Derrick handled it with grace and efficiency. I would definitely call Spotless again if I needed anything at all. Same day service too!

I just want to say my company has been working with Spotless services for quite some time now. We hired them as our handy man service at 1^st and then hired them for our janitorial needs as well. They are very reliable and accommodating. I say that because our office has specific scheduling need and Spotless always accommodates our requests. Andrew, Wayne, and the rest of the team at Spotless is phenomenal. I purchased a one-​bedroom Manhattan apartment in early summer which required new baseboards and wall paint throughout the apartment, a new tile backsplash in the kitchen, and a deep cleaning. I initially lined up a different contractor, but had to scramble after he flaked out. I scoured the Internet, stumbled across Spotless, and could not be happier.
Andrew’s client service is top-​notch. He responded right away to my initial inquiry, came over to check out the place, and immediately came back with a reasonable proposal. The Spotless crew got to work only days later (after obtaining appropriate insurance documents for my building), and followed my co-op’s strict rules regarding delivery/​construction hours without a problem. The team sourced high quality materials and provided clear, timely, and thoughtful responses to all of my questions throughout the process.
While the work was in-​progress, Andrew went out of his way to meet me during the day to go over where things stood. We did another walk-​through after the work was completed, and follow-​up touch-​up work was completed to make sure everything was perfect. The woodwork, kitchen tile, and paintjob all look fantastic… I could not be happier. The Spotless team has a high attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and outstanding client service. These guys are unusual for New York… trustworthy, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

My family has used the company’s cleaning service for several years now in several locations in the city. They are always reliable, thorough and do an amazing job. Andrew has on more than one occasion worked with me to get someone in at the last minute for a cleaning. I have used them for move out cleaning jobs, weekly cleaning and even full spring cleaning. Andrew always provides superb customer service. Monica consistently does a great job and takes such pride in her work. She always makes sure to say hello to my elderly father and then gets right to work. She will leave me notes to let me know what she did and if we need any cleaning supplies. I cannot tell you how nice it is to come home to a spotless apartment, that smells incredible and I can actually relax!

We hired Spotless Services for painting and cleaning our apartment. They did an amazing job! They were quick but thorough on the paint job and the cleaning was good too! The customer service is amazing! We needed quotes since we were working on a tight budge and they were so accommodating. I am so glad we found them and can’t wait to use them again!

I had my air conditioner installed by Spotless Service. They were very helpful, more affordable than other services I looked up, professional, and got the job done! They were flexible with my schedule, and when an issue arose with our windows, they tried different solutions until the job was done properly! I was in need of floor tile installation and on a tight time line since it was a surprise for my wife while she was away. Well Richard and Andrew got right to business. They got the required insurance quickly to my building management. Then on the eve of my installation, after 5pm, the super of my building mentioned in an email that new tile installation requires a waterproof substance under the tile. Andrew jumped right in and made the arrangements so that the installation continued right on schedule. Wayne did a nice job with the installation of the floor tile. Everything proceeded on schedule and my wife had a nice surprise when she came home.

i was in desperate need to get my portable air conditioner installed. my window is not an average size window — about 14 inches wide and 10 inches big, so finding a window tool kit to fit it was pretty impossible. I spoke with the VP named Andrew, and he was so accommodating! He basically told me they could come at any day, any time, and help me with anything. what better service can you get than that !!! i thought the handyman would have to run to home depot to customize my window, but he ended up just cutting the window toolkit to fit the small gap. He was really great — professional, efficient, and looks fabulous. I will definitely be using them again for my installation and would highly recommend this company to anyone!
