I used to go here until today I decide I never going back. They doing a descent job in painting your nails, but problem is they are disorganized. I waited 40 min to be told someone else was in front of me who wasn’t I just walk out. To be told they are only doing a manicure. I don’t care if they were doing one nail I was waiting for 40 min before they even came. It so disrespect plus there mani and pedi is not best, but I got there because it close to my house. My suggestion to this establishment have better system to who came in 1^st. and hired better nail technician. The only one in my opinion that can do a good job is Jimmy, but he always busy.

This used to be my go to nail salon around my neighborhood. Until my last experience which happened before my vacation. First of all on a Sunday they open at 10 which is great but I waited a long time for them to open. Meaning they’re not punctual with their opening business hours.
Soon after they opened the nail salon and they settled in I went and got a pedicure with one of the ladies, as soon as I sat down the lady that was doing my nails was aggressive ! I never did my nails with her I usually do my nails who Jimmy. But I was running on time frame. So I just dealt with it. So she is working on my cuticles and she starts cutting me. And she wasn’t being gentle she was pulling it. All I said was «ow !» hoping she would ease up… But I wrong. it got to the point where I was bleeding pretty bad on my big toe and she applied e things to my toe so it could stop bleeding. I was in pain, deep down wanting to cry.
So I thought «okay let me not complain because then she will do a bad job ». That’s when things for worst. She painted my nails horrible she wasn’t painting my full nail and I asked her nicely to please paint the full nail. so she felt aggravated when I asked her to fix it. She kept doing a messy job… Again I let it slide.
I’m all done finally from getting the most painful pedicure. So off to my gel manicure…
I was seated and asked her to please try to not cut me. And she instantly cut me! I was really heated at those point. so I told her «please take it easy» and she rolled her eyes. So I had multiple cuts on my toes and hands. But worst of all she wasn’t painting my nails nice it was lumpy and was only painting half of my nail. At that moment I asked her «can you please paint my whole nail, if you’re going to paint my nails paint the whole thing. This is already more than a regular manicure I want them to be nice. Thank you «so at this point we are both aggravated with each other and she was just not meeting my standard she was messy and rude. So I told her «if you don’t want to do my nails I could wait for someone else to do it «she said «no» and kept making my nails look so messy.
I really was ready to cry from frustration because all I wanted to do was pamper myself before my long awaited vacation and she was ruining it with her very unprofessional actions.
So I kept looking at my nails and telling her to paint where there was no polish applied… And I totally burster and said «I can show you how to paint nails can you give me the nail polish ?! «she instantly tried grabbing my hands sort of forcing me to finish with her. And I kept pulling my hand away. Jimmy realized what was happening and seated me on his chair when he was done with his client.
He did his best to fix her mess but it was very thick layering. I tipped him well afterwards and appologized for the inconvenience. He said «it’s okay «
This isn’t the first time that she does that. My friend also had a bad experience with her. I don’t know the lady’s name but she had medium cut hair light brown and she is by the 3^rd table. next to Jimmy.
They need to hire more professional people with better personality. I’m for sure never coming back here .

Amy is awesome my nails and eyebrows look great didn’t even need to wait. I walked in and she took me right away but probably also because it’s Monday.

Worse nail salon I have ever been too! So disappointed I wasted my money. Went to get gel done, they had originally given me a price and when it was time to pay they increased it by almost $ 15. They left so many gaps and unpainted parts on my nail and didn’t want to fix it. Plus they painted my skin and didn’t want to remove it. My 11 year old brother could have painted them better. Person that did my nails name was Lina. Like I said don’t waste your time. They are not cheap. There are other cheaper salons that treat you like royalty in corona and Rego park.

I love going to Stacy’s to get manicure and pedicure. Lina, Stacy and Xindy are the best. I’m in great hands when I go there.

Had my pedicure done here today for the millionth time and I had to give this place 5 stars for their new cleanliness system. For starters they use a huge clear shower cap like plastic to cover the area in which your feet would be submerged in the water. Then they take out the silver tools that they would use on your feet from a covered, hygienic carrier. Similar to when you go to the doctor and they have to unwrap the sterilized tools. She got all the bad from my toes out. I take care of my feet but because my feet are small I get ingrowns & she did a good job of taking them out. I know the lady by face & I always forget her name! I’ve been coming to Stacy’s for years now — mainly because it’s across the street from my house. I would tell anyone to come here because of their great deal. The pedicure used to be 12 dollars now it’s 15. Most likely because of their new sterilization system but I’ll gladly pay extra for that. Mon –Thurs mani &pedi are 17. Not sure if it’s still the same now but it’s still under 20 bucks. Which is pretty awesome! For the record, the place is nice, clean & the people that work there are nice too. The owner– Stacy — is there everyday and is usually the person that greets you.

Quick service. The workers are really nice. This place is usually packed but they have many people working there. I just think they should have more nail polish selection.

Best nail salon ever! If you’re getting acrylics/​tips done you could choose what size you want according to each each. the results are beautiful! Everything is clean & really nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This a great place to get your feet and nails done! Ask for jimmy he is great with feet & nails ! It will make you feel like you have a NEW pair of feet!
