I work in the area and visit this staples almost daily. Usually the service is just ok, but today Nadja helped me in the print area and I have to say it was one of my best customer service experiences in NY. Warm, friendly and extremely helpful. She’s a keeper. ;’)

Open real late. Great selection and prices. The staff are helpful with a good attitude. I could have swore they were open 24 hours. Either way this is my favorite Staples in the city.

Seriously I have the worst experience compare with other locations. This is the worst location.
The staff at the printing section is not helpful, work lazy and don’t know what they are doing for their job.

DO NOT DO PHONE SCREEN REPAIRS AT STAPLES. My screen cracked two days after fixing it at staples and when I brought in my cracked phone to the apple store, they said that the repaired screen was not apple product, which staples claimed they use only apple products for repairs. FIxed my iphone 6 for $ 110 at apple store while staples charges $ 120. SCAM ALERT

I went into Staples because the subscription on my anti-​virus is expiring in a few weeks and I needed to renew it.
I have to commend Isabel for her time and attention. She answered all of my questions and explained the details in a way that I can understand. I consider myself to be pretty competent on a computer, but I am in no way an IT genius. She knows her customers and she knows her product. I will return to this location.

This review is for their copy center. I went there for lamination after being quoted $ 35 at another place. At staples, it was $ 12 for a 22X28 Board. Not bad. The customer service was wonderful. I got there and they told me to make sure my collage was secure and even gave me glue to help me secure some extra spots. They gave me scissors to use when I decided to add a few items to the collage on the spot. How sweet.

I just called to ask a question about purchasing something for the office, because last time I went in to the store they where out. I did get an associate. She put me on hold and then I preceded to wait on hold for 20 minutes. I finally gave up! I’m
Not going to spend my money at staples! That sucked!

From Febreeze to a 3inch binder for my file storage is what I find on my weekly trips to Staples. Perfect for any office in need!!! Staff is super attentive and very helpful. They all know what’s best!

Came here several times, never once got my print job right on the first try. It was a waste of paper, and everyone’s time. The Staples on 8^th Ave is further over and more crowded, but probably worth the walk.

Good customer service. I was looking for a printer and the young gentlemen came over right away and patiently explained the differences of the different printers
to me.

They have everything for the office. And their particles are relatively reasonable.
But when u need to wait 15 minutes for someone to explain to u about something u need to buy, but u r not sure what will be the best thing to buy, and when he come he apologize that he isn’t sure, this really make me wonder why I come to staples and don’t purchase why I need online.
I ended purchasing what I thought will be the best for me. I still have a feeling I could get better with more professional sales person.

Excellent branch! Well stocked, well organized, and with a fast checkout line. Best Staples I’ve been to in a long time.

2 floors of stationary needs.
Well, the 1^st floor is dedicated to electronics and phones, etc.
But the space is clean.
I came on a slow day but there were more than enough staffed in the aisles and roaming around to help IF I needed it, which I didn’t.
This location doesn’t carry as much stuff as other Staples locations but everything else is standard.
If you need to make a run for stationary things I mean… there really isn’t many other places not named Office Depot or Office Max at some disclosed random far away location.
Convenience, brisk walk, I’ll take it.

The store is presentably organized and clean, however, my experience with the copy and print center staff and management was very unpleasant. I requested a simple print job to be done, and it was never delivered. Very unprofessional, and I highly do not recommend this location.

I rarely experience decent customer service at Staples but this one is an exception. I came here to look for card stock paper for some DiY wedding projects and one of the staff was very helpful in helping me choose the specific kind of paper that feeds thru my printer properly. I wish I came here earlier bc I now have a stack of 110lb card stock paper from Michaels that can’t feed properly into the printer. Oh well.
Overall, I like the setup of this Staples vs other locations. it’s straightforward and clutter-​less. It’s easier to locate the supplies you need as well and there’s always a staff walking around asking if you need assistance.

Pros:
— Excellent customer service at the copy & print station
— Clean and organized!
— Same day business cards, print and pick up!
Cons:
— Security guard almost didn’t let me in, they were closing 11 minutes before their scheduled time.

I ran out of business cards and was in desperate need to replenish my cards with a new face lift for a huge event the next day. I did a quick search on Unilocal for the best Staples with great service since I’ve had a few bad incidents in the past. This place came up within my searches.
I gave this place a call and spoke to a young girl at the printing section. (I wish I knew her name so I could give her recognition here). But anyways… she walked me through the process on the «same-​day printing» for business cards since it was my first time. She was so nice that she even logged on to her computer on her end and walked me through the process on putting in my order… since like a buffoon… I obviously didn’t know what the heck I was doing! She was very patient with me and didn’t show any signs of annoyance or rushed me in any way. Once I finished, she told me I could pick up my order in an hour.
I rushed my way over there on a Saturday and got there about 11 minutes before they were closing (they close at 6pm on Sat). But the security lady didn’t want to let me in, saying that they were closed. I told her It was only 5:49pm…not 6pm and I was only there to pick up my order. I had to plead with her that I just traveled almost 2 hours to rush here before they closed. I could tell she didn’t want to let me in… and when i showed her the time on my phone. she finally let me in. I was a little flustered by that.
Once I came in, I ran to the printing station and the girl who had been really nice to help me on the phone had my order ready to go. Her service and friendliness automatically changed my mood from being annoyed with the security guard… and I ended up leaving very happy and pleased with not only the service from her… but the results of my cards.
I still give this place a 5 star for the great service for the girl at the printing station. =)
I actually have recommended this place to some other makeup artists that I work with who now come here!

D’oh! We forgot to print out our tickets for the Jersey Boys show?! They had 2 computers & a printer for use. Stuck in my credit card, logged on, and printed. Got charged for the printing and by the second for online access which came out to $ 3.81. Good deal and hella convenient!

Ordered some business cards online for same day print to be picked up. I wanted to update it and tried to cancel but within three hours they were already printed. Unexpectedly quick! So I paid for it and ordered it again the same night to pick it up in the morning. The service was so much better the previous evening for whatever reason compared to the next morning. I am still impressed that my custom made cards turned out so well even though staples ate up about 60 bucks from me (about $ ³⁰⁄₁₀₀). After all that, I really did not need ALL those cards. I will probably make wallpaper out of it… or ninja stars. Ooh that’d be a nice calling card.
Anyways, good job staples! (minus grumpy lady in the morning)

I wish I’d known they’d moved the location I was going to here when I came in. Otherwise, it was an oasis from the cold. Staff was very friendly in directing me to the product I needed, they had what I needed & the line was non-​existent. Generally, I have good experiences at Staples & I was even able to get my package together to send it off at the local post office (my reason for going here was to get an appropriately sized padded envelope for an online sale). No rudeness or «I don’t care» here.
Seriously, if you need lots of padded envelopes Staples is the place for you.

Wow, I’ve never gone into an office supplies store and left smiling with an attitude of, «I’ve got to write a review for this awesome place!»
But seriously, this Staples is terrific. I don’t know how their prices compare to other establishments but the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. And they seem genuinely happy and happy to help. The new construction is always a breath of fresh air. I feel like it’s easier to find things; it feels open. And if I’m even struggling for a few seconds to find something, a staff member comes to my rescue.
