Look up! The ceiling is gorgeous! However this place gets very crowded and it’s not the cleanest Starbucks I’ve seen to say the least — there’s trash everywhere! Service is slow. Go somewhere else.

It’s a Starbucks. I get no joy out of being here or reviewing this place. Why is the refrigerated section so out of reach. Why do people leave their cups all over. There is a line all the time. They should put the refrigerated section further back in the line so you can make your selection while standing in line doing nothing. Instead they put the refrigerated section so close to the register so you have to hold up the line making your selection when you get up to the front. It’s ridiculous. Why is everything so expensive? It’s just Starbucks. It’s freaking closest thing to me at work. Dang it. For coffee I rather go to Dunkin. The people are nicer and faster at Dunkin. Unfortunately it’s located closer then the Dunkin store and I am a whore for discounts. You give me 50% off Starbucks, I’ll come. If not, I’ll go to «D». One thing, they at least have an option for people with lactose intolerance, coconut milk. That is why I am even giving 3 stars, for the coconut milk.

Throughout my almost four years of high school, I’ve always liked this Starbucks the best. It is very spacious and most of the time clean. My favorite part about this Starbucks is the friendly service. Starbucks is already well known for their service, so I don’t need to go further in detail with that. Yes sometimes it is busy and the lines are intimidating but the service is pretty fast. My experience had been great from day one and it hasn’t changed since.

Why does this place have the(mostly) nicest staff but the most ill and inefficient operations? Never. EVER. have I walked out of here in less than 15 minutes, even when it’s completely empty. Last time, 7 behind the counter and still. So sad that they can’t get their act together.

This is the worst Starbucks. I’ve been coming here for about a year now once or twice a day. The service is so slow and the staff lacks personality like some of the other Starbucks. There’s really no reason it should take 20 – 30 minutes to get a drink each day. If there’s more than 4 people in the line just forget it. At that point I usually just go to Dunkin.

It’s always a pleasure visiting this Starbucks, not only are the staff super friendly but also have an exceptional memory. Baristas Justin and Kashawn make the early morning rush less hectic. They are also extremely patience.

What is this nasty place? Starbucks? pahahahaha We came here to get some coffee to kill time before going to Thanksgiving dinner but this place gives me three words: NOTHANKYOU I feel like I’m in jail or so. Nasty, dirty and it could be a place for homeless. Where are the cozy seats and couches with this nice feeling that Starbucks gives you. This Starbucks makes you wanna leave right away. Empty and dead. Gross

Took long enough to get my tall pike! Kept me waiting for almost 10 freakin’ minutes while I was on my way to work. I understand that sometimes they run out of coffee and need to refill the urn. That’s fine. But at least have the human decency to let me know, so I can either order something else or go to one of the other 212 Starbucks in NYC. At least all of the other ones give you a heads up when you have to wait.

Way too many tourists in here gumming up the ordering process. There should be a line that says black coffee only for people who are working. I’m sorry but how hard is to know what you want and order it when you are at the register? Decisions should be made before you get there. Not coming back here in a weekend!

This one gets an extra star for its convenient location to the hotel. Otherwise, it’s completely chaos during morning rush hour. Several subway stops are so close by that it’s convenient for the commuters too. Some times, the employees have a system for calling out orders to those behind the bar; other times, you have to remember on whether or not someone prepared a cup for you. It looks like a big Starbucks but seating can be a pain too. It’s definitely not a place I would come in and sit/do work. I give the baristas credit for keeping up with the madness and cracking jokes with the customers. I’ve only had one bad incident out of the million times I came in where they forgot to make my drink. One employee realized he gave my drink away but quickly remade a new one for me.

Is Starbucks in the US different from Starbucks in Canada? I ask for a tall double latte, and they made it with skim milk. It was the most disgusting latte that I had in my life, like watered down coffee. I asked if this was normal, or if whole milk was the norm. The guy says«that’s all we have left». Really? Did you think of maybe telling me before I bought my $ 5 latte? Horrible. And super slow service. The guy had spilled caramel everywhere with the customer before me and handed me my drink with caramel all over it. Eesh, I’ll stay away from Starbucks for the rest of my trip

I am totally cool with this Starbucks. The cashiers and baristas all seem capable and nice. I’ve never had an issue with a drink and surprisingly, I can almost always get a seat at this Wall Street-centric location. But there’s no bathroom and that sucks. So if you’re desperate, walk it on down to Century 21. It’s about a block away, but a world apart.

Etwas geräumigeres Starbuckscafe gegenüber Century 21( ) Zur Kette Starbucks ist nicht viel zu sagen. Dieser Starbucks wirkte heute etwas unaufgeräumt auf mich. Die Tische teilweise mit leeren Pappbechern verziert oder Caramel verklebt, luden nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein. Selbst ist der Kunde und mit einigen Servietten wurde ein Tisch gereinigt. Der Hit in diesem Starbucks war jedoch die Bedienung. Der New Yorker, der ja nun nicht gerade für seine ausgeprägte Freundlichkeit berühmt ist, zeigt sich hier von seiner besten Seite. Eine Barista, gem. Quittung namens Shadasia, benötigte für meine einfache Kaffeebestellung tatsächlich 3 Bezahlvorgänge. Die erste Schwierigkeit hatte sie bei Aufladen meiner Starbuckscard. Dann brüllte sie quer durch den Laden zu ihrer Kollegin, dass sie einen Fehler gemacht hatte. Eigentlich interessierte es mich nicht, ich wollte nur meinen Kaffee. Die wartenden Kunden interessierten sich eigentlich auch nur dafür, dass auch sie ihren Kaffee zügig bekommen. Der zweite Bezahlvorgang mittels Starbuckscard gestaltete sich irgendwie umständlich. Unbewusst suchte ich schon im Laden die versteckten Kameras für «Verstehen sie Spass» oder ähnliche Sendungen. Aufgrund einer nicht vor Intellekt übersprudelnden Verabschiedung durch diese Dame wurde mir erneut vor Augen geführt, wie hier einmal mehr am guten Servicepersonal zuviel gespart wurde. Kameras habe ich übrigens keine gefunden und Frank Elsner oder einer seiner Kollegen wartete auch nicht vor dem Laden. Ergo, eigentlich ist ein Stern noch zuviel für diesen Store.

This Starbucks is physically in the same block as the Millenium Hilton Hotel. If one exits the hotel, walks to the left, and turns left down Broadway, it is the very first business on the left hand side that you come to. I frequented this Starbucks three times during my stay in New York. Had a tall coffee, a dopio espresso Machiatto, and then finally a grande coffee. All three times — drinks were strong and tasty. Service was relatively quick.
