Starbucks

Starbucks is as Starbucks does. This one has rude employees and trash all over the place. My drink tastes right tho… Thats a good thing, right?!

I would give a 0 star if Unilocal would let me. Both my Caramel Frappucino and Caramel Machiatto are tasteless.

Though this place is in a busy street I can always find a seat in her, especially when I order something in the one in spring and always can’t get seated. And don’t know why, I can always meet some cool people here such as a dancing cute grandma.
Also, the cashiers and baristas are so efficient and I don’t usually need to wait for too long to get my drink.

Subway benches are chairs?!

Seriously though when you head to one starbucks you had them all, all their beverages are made the
just comes down to location, ambience, and service.

This is a neat place to go to hear employees complain about the business you give their company. I know the job is tough, but whine in private.

I have been coming here for the past 9 months every day I get the same amazing service. Consistent, kind, and great baristas. This location is the pinnacle of AMAZING service!

The set up was not very organized. The bathroom line and the waiting to get your drink are right next to each other. The line to place your order was also not placed in a good location.

The staff was pretty friendly at this location, and my order was taken and served to me within minutes. My only issue was that the sitting area seemed to be in complete disarray. I don’t know if it’s because they were changing the store displays following the holiday season, but there were boxes all over the floors and a number of the seats/​tables were overrun with boxes, plastic wrap, and other items.

This bucks is not good. One barista at prime time on a warm Saturday night? Insanity. Poor experience and really unkempt as well. Too bad they could have a beautiful presence on Broadway but opted for this route.

Good Starbucks, but they took a bit too long making my coffee for my liking.

One of the many starbucks in the city that don’t do anything to the books. Everytime I come here there are lines of drinks with baristas that don’t show any attentiveness to customers. Teas don’t get shaken, fraps aren’t made to standard, etc. I stick to my black iced coffees because if you get that made wrong then I really don’t know how you got hired. I understand that this is a very busy location but starbucks has standards that every store should uphold no matter how crazy business is. If you’re looking for a seat after you purchase something, enjoy your purchase somewhere outside the store. There are almost always no seats due to people just enjoying the free wifi and iced waters.

So usually this place isn’t the best at customer service but today expeirence today just sealed the deal. I will not ever go back to this location. The line I’m fine with but the customer service was beyond terrible. The barista making coffee spent more time talking than actually doing work. Other customers started asking where their coffee was and she would point in an arbitrary direction behind the counter like the customer was suppose to know that it was finished when it’s completely out of site. After this she started flinging drinks at people and just gave an unnessary attitude.
Thank you Jennifer Lynn for making me re think going to this starbuck locations. I will now be walking out of my way to the Spring st location, it’s definatly worth the hike for people who actually care about customer service.

I love Starbucks so I guess waiting on line doesn’t bother me, but when it’s just one register open and 2 baristas on a weekend in the middle of SoHo, it makes no sense.
I understand it’s a small location, but they could use a few more baristas. Other than that, it’s clean and the staff is friendly

Wow. So many haters for this location. Whatever. This is my favorite Starbucks and I sure as hell won’t apologize for it. Everyone is so personable here and they’re awesome! I give these people so much credit because of all the tourists that walk in and out of here daily. A lot of these people don’t speak English or they only want to come in and use the bathroom. Imagine if you had to go to work and deal with that crazy train everyday… on top of a queue of grouchy caffeine neglected customers. See if you could do that for hours on end and keep a perfect smile on your face. ALL. DAY. LONG.
Although I do not really like the renovation, (I think it makes it look kind of cold and ware housey) I still like this location. Despite having long lines to order (this really depends on the time of day you come in), they work quickly and I have never had a messed up order. They’re friendly and my coffee always comes out perfect! If you guys are having issues with the line, try to have your order ready by the time it is your time to order. Use some common sense. So, until you’ve walked a mile in someone’s shoes… try being polite and patient… because they are doing an honest good day of work.

I’m a fan and I am not apologizing for it. I love my green tea latte. It’s a treat!

This starbucks seemed to have lots of space. however, I saw the line to the bathroom… and that was so long, for a moment I thought it was the coffee line.
The coffee line wasn’t so bad to place your order, but to wait for your drink felt like forever.
The drink itself was made to be the Starbucks standard… Seems like they always have long lines here, based on previous reviews.

Almost always long lines. Lots of tourists so don’t expect to get a seat. If you need to use the bathroom expect a long line also.

Your typical Starbucks nothing special about however it is an tourist attraction.
The line is always all the way to the door. The baristas and cashiers are extremely slow here. Its always dirty I never seen a starbucks this dirty before. The bathroom line is 20 people deep. I rather walk a few blocks down and go to the one on canal st instead.

People are too harsh on Starbucks. The coffee is always consistent, and this location in particular is pretty much the only store on this tourist strip that has public restrooms. Agreed the staff are not that into the personalized customer experience, but hey its Broadway, get over it.

Basic Starbucks, you go in, order and you get your drink.
The line is a little long though, given you are in the middle of Soho…
