This Starbucks is right next to my office so I used to come here very frequently. Eventually I had to give up. Besides the rude, unfriendly cashiers the service is probably the worst of any Starbucks I have ever visited. Every day there are twice as many batistas behind the counter as there are people in line, yet the wait is by far longer than any other location. I am convinced the cashiers are playing solitaire on the computers and while the others just walk around pretending to look busy… Several other locations nearby with good, courteous and fast service.

Had it not been for the hot latte that’s keeping me warm right now this location would receive a 1 star. Soon as I walked in, manager did not acknowledge me and was busy talking to her subordinates, which is fine but she gave me an attitude. She rather prioritize the conversation between her workers than acknowledge her customers. There was a lot of trivial stuff I heard. They don’t seem to take their job very seriously and like a previous Unilocaled said like to joke around.

Ordered online and went to the location 10 minutes later. They did not receive my complete order. The drinks were ready but the food was nowhere to be found. And their only explanation was that the system was«out of paper». No apology, no nothing. The manager really did not care. However, if that was the case, shouldn’t it be obvious that a $ 25 order was not only 2 drinks? I had to wait another 10 minutes for the order. I should have just gone to another Starbucks, there are a few just 1 block away. Avoid this location in the future.

Finally Starbucks has come up with something freshly new and it hasn’t happened for four years. The toasted graham latte, though was still a bit too sweet, proved to be a good celebration of the fall season. Also worth noticing was that Starbucks has equipped with the powermat charging spot, so as long as you have the charging ring, out of battery seemed no longer to be a issue. Starbucks really sorted things out!

Everytime i walked in to Starbucks i get greeted by two lovely barista i think by the name of desare and and shay. I love coming here because of the customer service. One thing i like about this place is that the people are always helping pick out a delicious drink to try out.. One thing i kinda dislike is the ac being on too high. Overall excellent place to sit down and enjoy your drink!

I oddly really like this Starbucks. It’s right near a buncha office buildings but strangely at 8:30 am it’s not that packed and there isn’t much of a line. No room to sit, only a couple seats at a bar, but it’s fast and there’s usually more than one barista working which is all I could ever ask for at Starbucks.

Has to be the most unprofessional Starbucks I’ve ever walked into. Employees were making such a racket it seemed like they were hanging out and not working. With the employees making such a racket and seeming like it they were hanging out they were ignoring the customers. In addition, the cashier finished making plans with his coworkers for the weekend before taking care of the customer which was me. I really hope it isn’t that way in the middle of the day when the business people are around.

There does not appear to be a restroom. The outlets are by the wheelchair height tables in the front. There are long counters, but only 2 tables. The staff is nice.

Frist time walking inside a Starbucks without it being too over cowered. Great… Needless to say i was wrong about the«great»… Ordered a large green tea frap and there was no line so there was no wait… I like that… I like that a lot… but after I got my drink I sat down and try to enjoy my lovely beverage… While I’m drinking my frap the employees who was working there was having a fun fest… Joking and laughing around… I wasn’t sure what they were doing but it was pretty annoying… I’m just sitting there trying to have a conversation and I just felt so uncomfortable… I have never experience this kind of discomfort at a Starbucks… maybe it is a good thing that Starbucks are always busy… keep themselves busy so they don’t have to slack around and disrupt the whole area…

Stopped in for an iced coffee on my way through town. Good location, shame there’s no music. Service is great, they’re helpful with any question you may have. New to the menu: strawberry lemonade.

The baristas here are awful, very rude & have attitudes. not only did they make my drink wrong(paid for a venti & got a grande), but I listened to them talk crap about the customers for five minutes while they remade my drink. Very unprofessional & I won’t be back.

I went in here to get a frappuccino before getting on the hot subway to go home. It wasn’t crowded in there, I got in & out quickly and didn’t experience major issues. This is the experience you should be having at Starbucks. Nothing special but I did get what I wanted, it was cool inside and the staff was polite as well as competent. No complains here.

Sometimes I drop in here on the way back from lunch to get a caffeine boost as it’s not too far from where I work. Problem is sometimes it can take another lunch hour to get your drink! This Starbucks always seems busy and it’s a small narrow location. It’s in a heavy traffic area right outside of the subway stop on 23rd and Park Ave South. Not much seating at this one except for some counter seating against the wall and a few tables right up by the front door. Same basic offering as with most Starbucks, and the counter staff tries their best to keep the harried lines moving. Considering how crowded this place gets it’s decently clean. Now if only the wifi hogs would actually give up a damned spot to those who actually made a purchase. These morons will buy one small cup of coffee and nurse it for hours and hours here while they play on their laptops, study, or do work. These douchebags sometimes don’t even have a drink left but they sit there anyway and look at you while you are waiting for a table with selfish indifference. Today I actually saw a few people standing next to them holding their laptops in their hands using them hovering by the crowded tables. Holy crap. At times I have picked up a coffee here in the morning and gone back in the afternoon and seen the same people sitting there. WTF!!! That’s my rant for the day, thank you.

Store #7277 which this Starbucks sits on Park Avenue South crossing Madison Avenue. Service is attentive though somewhat efficient but mellow. The staff is not focused on the job as I specifically requested two times for a sales receipt, which is utilized to write my Unilocal reviews, goes into deaf ears. What does it take for the associate to fulfill one measly Banana Chocolate Chip coffee cake at $ 2.25? Albeit, this coffee cake gets the job done to briefly sustain substance within until reaching home.

Starbucks Starbucks Starbucks. Yet another location. This particular location does not have much seating. Can’t expect much since it’s in the city, but still. It would be nice to sit down once in a while. Nonetheless, you’ll find all your regular goodies here. Kind of dirty, but that’s attributed to the massive traffic that flows through here. It’s close to my hair salon so I’ll come here from time to time. Other than that, there’s nothing epic about this spot.

I don’t know why I keep coming here, when Gregories is much better and the same distance from my office. They always have such a huge line here… like massive… like winding around the store massive. I hate waiting for crap coffee… but I WILL wait for a canberry bliss bar. mmmmm

I’m not sold on this location, I feel like there are better places then tis to get your cup of joe. Kinda has a dirty feel to it, not sure what I mean exactly, but you get my drift. Has very long lines durning ‘prime’ time, even thought thats expected, I won’t wait at this one.
