Steven Sacks, MD, FACS

I had been having ear, sinus, parotid gland swelling parotid glands and other issues for many years. Went to multiple ENT doctors who if they gave me 3 mins in office, I was lucky, leaving me with no real diagnosis. One day I found dr steven sacks!!. He said I was a tough case, but he never gave up! He diagnosed a autoimmune disease, and sent me to another doctor to address that while he did surgery. He is so kind, caring, and right on with his diagnosis! I would recommend everyone with a ENT issue to see him and only him. He really cares about ALL his patients. I feel 90% better than I did before, with the hope I will be 100% in remission soon. He is worth any wait you may have in the waiting room. I thank you Dr. Sacks for all you did for me!!!

To be clear, my problem is not with dr. Sacks. He is a good physician. I have a problem waiting for more than an hour on 2 separate appoinments with no communication.
I appreciate the reach out from the office and will update this review depending on how they handle this situation.

I this MAN!!! Dr Sacks is really really wonderful. If you are in NYC and need an ENT he is AMAZING. Over the years I was his patient I had to have 3 surgeries. His attention to detail and his caring bedside manner are UNMATCHED!!! He even came in and took out my IV himself so that I could be released quickly. I adore him and miss him since moving away from NYC.
