It is my first year as a freelancer, and I was very nervous to file my taxes. I did not feel confident in my record keeping, did not understand what is and is not deductible, and had heard horror stories of the taxes that freelancers can end up paying.
Steven and his associate Val made it very easy and were very reassuring. They got right to the point, explained exactly what needed to be done, and helped me understand what I can do better going forward. The rate was very fair and it certainly feels like they found every deduction.
I have already recommended Steven to several friends and will continue to do so.

Where do I begin!
Steven has been our accountant for a few years now and we’ve never been happier!

Finding a good accountant is a bit like finding a good auto mechanic. Most people don’t know enough about cars and taxes so you want someone that you can trust. I’ve known Steven for many years and he is an amazing trustworthy accountant. He is very thorough and intelligent to make sure everything is done accurately. He listens very well and can quickly figure out different situations and figure out the best way to proceed. He also is very professional and pleasant to work with. I would refer him (and do refer him) to any one looking for an accountant.
