The absolute BEST ER experience since I moved to New York.
My boyfriend has to often visit the ER yearly for a reoccurring issue. The triage knew exactly what to do and got us in and out fast. Most informative and kind staff around. PERIOD.
Our longest wait was due to tests and lab results, but the experience pales in comparison to the hospital closest to us (Wyckoff Heights Medical: PLEASE avoid that place at all costs; here’s why:
). They were plenty busy when we arrived, but the staff is plenty and very much about the patients.
