This place is the worst. The two workers were rude and rushed us through ordering even though there was literally no one else in the place. Then they charged us both for extra bacon even though my friend got a BACON ranch salad and they forgot to put the bacon on mine. So it was a $ 20 order for what should have been less than $ 15. All this even though I was super polite and went out of my way to apologize because I know that subway workers hate making salads. Even though I work across the street, I will never go back to this subway. Very disappointed.

This place is an awful service the lady Simmer or whatever is her name!!! She was so rude an very unpleasant! She really got me upset even tho I keep asking for please everything I asked for it, worst place to go employees doesn’t listen when u ordering and keep asking you more then 3 times the same thing !!! They usually run out of stock half way during the day never have any chocolate chip cookies left during the noon, and there customer service is just horrible. Very rude people.

The worst service I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this subway. The owner is rude and always rushing you. She didn’t know the menu, didn’t know how to ring up the food, and was completely incompetent. I just wanted to start off my morning with a quick breakfast, instead this ended up taking much more time than I needed.

The owner here is very rude. While in the middle of ordering my sandwich she starts berating the poor guy working behind the counter. Literally over my shoulder calling him lousy and saying he was doing a terrible job. Thanks, now I feel great about this«lousy» sandwich I’m about to eat.

Perfectly fine Subway restaurant. Sometimes more generous with toppings then others. Convenient if on the west side on 8th ave near Penn Station/MSG
