I was here around 12 today. I needed lunch and I decided on the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich on a 6 inch whole wheat bread. I decided on no cheese, onions, banana peppers, lettuce and tomatoes and mustard(that made no sense when I said it but it tasted good). I got the combo with the chips and drink.

Terrible service ! Very rude manager who tried to charge me extra for something I didn’t buy ! Then she blamed my boyfriend for customers walking out because they were listening to how rude and cheap she was. They also made the worst and thinnest sandwiches and we had to tell her to put more and she Gave us so much attitude.

Do not go to this place — the server is incredibly rude! I wanted to buy something small to use the bathroom, so I picked out a bag of chips. But then realized one cookie would be cheaper, so asked for that. The lady told me I couldn’t buy one cookie, and that 2 cookies were a 1.35(more than the chips). She gave me so much attitude while taking my money, telling me she has respect for money but I don’t. After the bathroom, I looked at the menu and saw — 0.60 for one cookie. The server was in the back, hiding from me even when I politely called her over. She lied! Even 2 cookies aren’t a 1.35, she just made it up and denied selling me a cookie! I couldn’t even get her name because she would NOT come out of the back room. So incredibly frustrating and rude. the only reason I would ever come back here is to complain to a manager.

There is a sign outside saying that they open under new management. It really doesn’t make any sense, because the service is poor. The cashier girl with the long sideburns doesn’t know how to deal with customers. She was so rude and she actually wanted to charge extra $ 1 for forks. Weirdoo

I just started coming to this location in the last week or so. I noticed the bread was stale, but I assumed that I was coming right before closing. I have eaten at other Subways and I use their points system. After 75 points you get a free sandwich. I have never had a problem at any Subway when it comes to redeeming points… until this location. I went a few minutes ago and went to redeem for my free sandwich. The cashier shook his head and said that the free sandwich can only be the $ 5 foot long advertised. I ONLY eat one kind of sandwich so chances are it will never be a free sandwich. So the points system at this location is useless to me. My sandwich is usually only $ 6 without tax anyway so basically because of a dollar they will be losing my business. Its a shame because I eat at subway often at least 3 times a week so because they don’t want to lose a $ 1 on a free sandwich they will be technically losing at least $ 20 a week. No wonder why there is never anyone in there.

This subway serves stale bread. And very little lettuce and tomatoes and extras. Not satisfied. Very dissatisfied with this service.

Today was the worst experience of many very poor experiences at this Subway location with this particular female employee. I show up at Subway at 9:55am Sunday, Sept 23rd(per the clock in the restaurant and my phone). The door is locked. I look at the schedule and on Sundays, they open at 10am( reports 7am for this location, store #53701). I see this particular employee who I usually see when I grab a sandwich in the mornings. She is wiping the counter by the soda machine. She sees me but continues to clean. I’m early so I step back to the curb and wait. When the clock in the restaurant struck 10, I step towards the restaurant and peek inside. She sees me again but continues to wipe the same area she has been wiping. No wave or any sort of acknowledgement. Maybe she doesn’t realize it’s 10. I figure I’ll give her a couple more minutes so I step back out to the curb again. Five minutes go by, and I approach the door again. She is still wiping the same area. She notices me, wipes some more, then walks to the back room. The store is now empty. I knock on the door and she begrudgingly walks over to the door, unlocks it, and says, «Toaster’s not ready. 10 minutes.» I tell her I’ll have it untoasted then. She says nothing. I wait for her to bring out a display promoting their latest deal, then I walk in with her. She makes my sandwich and rings me up. She swipes my credit card, hands it back, and we wait. After a few seconds, she says, «I don’t know why the receipt isn’t printing.» Then, she just walks away without saying anything. I stand there confused because I thought she was going to get receipt paper or assistance from a supervisor. Instead, she walks to the end of the ingredients counter, pulls out a piece of paper and starts counting loaves of bread. She did not hand me the sandwich. She did not say, «Thank you.» She did not try to figure out why there was no receipt. She just walks away and literally turns her back towards me. Now, normally if I receive poor service, I would not comment on it because we all have bad days. But for this particular employee, I get poor service every time she takes my order. She never greets me. She never smiles. She never hands me the sandwich. She never says goodbye. Nothing. All I get is, «What do you want?» when I step up to the counter. I challenge management to review the surveillance video from this morning to see if what I said was inaccurate in any way. I plan on never returning to this Subway. There are two other Subways within a 2 block radius from this one and a third Subway 7 blocks up the same street.
