This is a very small Subway. There are only two tables for people to sit down and eat their lunch so if you want Subway this is one of those places where you pick up your food and go lol it’s just EXTREMELY small and the last time I went, they didn’t even toast my bread and heat up my sandwich so I was a very angry woman that day.

A Subway franchise is a Subway franchise. Everyone should know what their opinions are of the sandwiches here. This rating is more about the service and atmosphere at the location. Just because this Subway location is convenient shouldn’t give the workers or management any less reason to run a franchise that makes customers want to return. I was not being a difficult customer or rude to them but the service was pretty bad and the attitudes of the workers were probably even worse. And it was probably as hot as an oven in there. If they were in a bad mood because of the heat, they should try leaving the door open for air circulation.

Oh man… I ordered a Turkey and Ham footlong but in reality, paid $ 5 for a footlong of honey oat bread. please let that sink in. Ok. It is almost a moot point to write a review about such a large franchise, but this, this review was totally needed. Let me be clear, I’m not here to comment on the cleanliness of the establishment, nor the inhospitable attitude of the workers. just purely from a food and cost standpoint. I have had Subway sandwiches before(at other locations) but this establishment is the worst! My sandwich may as well have been a sparse veggie sandwich. If I wanted a poorly made Veggie sandwich, I would have done it myself. When I asked for more filling, anything more than a pinch was going to cost me $ 1 more. HUH? Want more spinach– that’ll cost you! Want another slice of deli meat(usually you get 4 slices, I had 3 on the footlong), you have to pay for double filling. Oh, deng! Please rip me off, thanks! As if I wasn’t already startled by this Subway experience… the sandwich lady actually put lettuce on my footlong without my saying so. Even after a couple of no’s from me she just kept going and filled at least 6inches with lettuce. When Sandwich lady caught on, she literally tossed the lettuce, that once lived on my turkey and ham sandwich, back in its mise en place spot. I almost freaked out. I call this a highly unsanitary practice! It would suck to be the person after me to order a sandwich. So there you have it…85% bread sandwich a la Subway. My stomach and wallet no longer feels compelled to go to my local Subway sandwich shop. There are far superior sandwich shops that deserve my money… even if it means I need to pay a few more dollars.

I wish I could give this place no stars, but that wouldn’t be possible or else I can’t submit a review. My wife and I came here to get a couple sandwiches for dinner. We went in and waited to be acknowledged in line so we could order our food. We told the staff(pretty sure it was the manager/owner and wife) we were together, yet only served by one of them, one sandwich at a time. The male employee was very hesitant and reluctant to help nor make a proper sandwich. My wife asked for various veggies in her sandwich yet given a pinch of each. She had to ask twice for lettuce and then dialed back as she noticed mushy inedible cucumbers way past it’s freshness date. Time for mine. The window showed a jalapeño bread so I asked for that. He sneered and muttered in Indian to his wife while both laughed at me. He said, «This is Subway, not gourmet. What do you expect?» I was astounded and left with my jaw hanging in disbelief. I tried my best to shrug it off and began to order my sandwich to quickly avoid any altercations. As he was slapping my meat across and snickering with his wife in their native language I was reaching my threshold. «Do you treat all paying customers this way.» He smiled, looked away, then proceeded to cough several times towards the direction of my sandwich and into his hands. You can forget about the glove trying to protect from any outside contamination. He then continued to make my sandwich when I exploded and asked him for a new one. He scoffed and looked at me in disbelief! No was his reply and the unsanitary sandwich continued to be assembled. I then asked for some more jalapeños(complimentary), but was told I would have to pay an extra charge for $ 1. Let’s see. Pay a 1⁄5 of the sandwich’s cost for a pinch of jalapeños? Hmm. Seems a bit unreasonable. To top it all off on our way out, we saw a cockroach scurrying across towards the kitchen. What a horrendous experience I will walk further and longer in worse conditions if I ever want a sandwich. I will never go here again and will recommend others to walk a couple more blocks. Avoid at all costs. *SIDENOTE* my wife and her sister tried to use a valid coupon at this location a couple months prior and they denied it. Unbelievable.

8÷24÷11 my husband & I & our 24-yr old son dropped in for a quick sandwich to eat at one of their three minuscule tables which was no problem since we were there very late afternoon. Tight and tiny and fairly clean. When the bag was unwrapped at the table, we realized that there weren’t enough napkins in the bag.(R they green or greedy? Did they hope we wouldn’t eat there and so they could«short us» on the lousy napkins?) At any rate, I went up to counter and waited while only one guy was making up an order and the other guys were shmoozing. There were no available napkin dispensers, only two piles of napkins behind a plexiglass box next to the cashier.(See photo.) One pile was full; the other one, the pile that was easiest to reach, had only about 15 napkins. So I carefully took all of the small pile. I would not leave one that I had touched.(I wasn’t wearing gloves so I was pleased to see the small number of napkins which I could take. Yes: I’m a public health freak.) I returned to our table. One of the guys came around the counter and waling fast and forcefully and loudly reprimanding me tried to grab the napkins. I slapped his hand as if he were a rude ill mannered child. Then the manager charged around and started screaming: You not take napkins. I did not want to discuss the fact that no one was available to ask when I’d been at the counter waiting. I countered saying, «Please, stop. You are embarrassing your clients.» But he continued haranguing me while his patrons at the counter looked on in shock. The three of us left and I promised never to come back or recommend the joint. The manager just glared and his counter boys jeered hurrays. So, here then is my review, submitted a week after the horrific experience about which I am as angry as when it transpired: my effort to warn y’all of the lack of hospitality, good manners and professional behavior we all expect whether a Subway or Four Seasons.

not much to say. average subs for an average price with an average to below average service… oh and dont expect to dine here… unless you enjoy being two cm away from a line of hungry and most of the time grumpy customers.

Average but smaller(TWSS)…I no longer patronize Subways but with the addition of breakfast and uniformly priced $ 5 footlongs, I’d imagine this location will get blitzed.

Since it’s a block away, I’m definitely going to be eating here a lot. It’s a pretty average Subway, except that it’s a bit small and muggy. Service is what you’d expect, and nothing more. But $ 5 footlongs will keep me coming back regardless.
