Food is alright-just like all the other subways really. The manager or person who does inventory in the morning was completely inattentive the first time I went. I told him my order and he finished up some of his paperwork before helping. I tell him I’m in a rush to get to work and he still moves slowly and even tries to toast my bread. The business hours is shoddy. First time I ever visited, it said it was open 7 days a week. Two days later, at the same exact time, I’m expecting to get it for lunch for work again and the doors are closed. The place is dark but the metal doors are up. Some of the hours on the doors are scrapped off. Thought I was imagining the 7days a week thing, but if the place was closed, I don’t see why they would take off a closed decal(since it was true). I don’t plan to get my lunches from there anymore without another backup in mind.

I didn’t actually get a sandwich, I got a few bags a chips because we were stuck in bad traffic and I was starving. This was on Thanksgiving day and this Subway was open. It was a little slow but it was because of the person in front of me, he took forever to place his order. The employee was friendly. It’s small with only a few tables.

Rip off they charge more here than any other subway. Workers barely speak English. Also don’t acknowledge promotions and don’t serve everything on soup menu ., they act slow

Buy lunch here once in awhile. This location is really small and have only 4 tables here for people to eat in. Sometimes during lunch the line can get long but it moves pretty fast. When you order your sandwich, someone will ask you what type of bread you want, the type of cheese, and the meat you want on your sandwich. Then another person will take over and ask what type of toppings and sauce you would like on the sandwich. Nothing fancy, the food is the standard subway restaurant sandwich but the people working behind the counter is pretty efficient at this location

Food is on par to what you would normally expect from a Subway restaurant. But this one particular guy that works there; he gets on my nerves every time. Just horrible service. He has a «I don’t give a f*ck» look on his face at all times. His attitude and arrogant demeanor is just not acceptable for customer service. After going to this location for a few times and running into the same guy, I will learn to just stop going in altogether.

This needs no explanation. Go eat a real sandwich with real meat, on real bread.

The new employees who works there as of the date I am writing this review provides awful customer service. They are mere idiots who lack knowledge of their $ 4 Lunch promotion and don’t know how to use the cash machine. I filed a complaint to their official website which consists of over 550 words but I’m just going to briefly summarize the horrendous customer service here. Basically, this specific Subway restaurant’s employees are disrespectful, ill-mannered, arrogant, unprofessional, full of bad attitudes, overcharge their customers, unremorseful, and shitty as fuck. The acne on the short guy’s face ruins my appetite for days.

Quick and easy transaction. Subways always have $ 5 foot longs which is filling. Lettuce seems fresh. There is nothing really to complain about. There wasn’t any line. I order 3 foot long and didn’t have a problem with my order. Just maybe had to repeat myself a couple of time cause 2 people were working on my subs so it got a little confusing on what I wanted on my sandwiches.

There are two Subways in Chinatown. THIS subway is the one to go to. NOT the one closer to Lafayette, where they skimp on the meat(how are they allowed to get away with that!!! aren’t there FRANCHISERULESANDSTANDARDS on how much meat you have to put on a sandwich??). Anyway, this is the GOOD, normal Chinatown subway. I recommend it.

Cozy place. It does get crowded at times. How much can you say about subways? This is one of the better ones in Chinatown.
