Very nice clean open space. I was hired for an event and need a space like this. Mez, the gentleman who showed me the room was super helpful.
They do all different type of events here. It’s a raw space, meaning you have to rent everything you will need. Tables and chairs, caterer etc. They also have a kitchen which is a decent size.
The area justifies the price. They have toe different rooms. A small room & then a larger space, as shown in the picture. They even have a small terrace. There was a lot of photography props so i was trying to vision it as best as I can with the items being there.

We had our daughter’s 13^th Birthday Party there and plan on having our son’s 16^th there as well.
I love this place! The management and staff are amazing… They went above and beyond to make this evening a great one. The space is a beautiful open environment with high ceilings, amazing terrace with beautiful views of Manhattan! Kitchen is very roomy for storing food, drinks and desserts as well as being equipped with sink, oven and microwave. The staff has great connections for prop rentals and party supplies.
This wide open clean space is perfect for transforming your evening into something special…

The space was really amazing. I was here for an event a few months back. Né-​yo made an appearance here to judge a contest. There were some drinks available that were sponsored by TGIFridays. I more or less hope to come back to this space for any sort of event. There were alot of people here but it never felt really crowded.

Went here for the a Super Bowl party between NY Giants against New England Patriots /​2011 season.
I must say that it’s beyond the best Super Bowl party I’ve been too, and that’s comparing it to the this years Super Bowl party at Brooklyn Brewery hosted by Tumblr (and that says a lot!!)
Great atmosphere, three HUGE screens to watch the game on, nice view of midtown and Hudson river and a fantastic venue to have a party.
I will always remember where I was when the Giants won their 2^nd Super Bowl!

Fantastic! We had a birthday party for my father awhile back and searched all over NYC. And, you know the dread that can be.
So, we came upon Sun West informative website
and made a site visit. Sure enough, it exceeded our expectations.
The space itself is magnificent. Contemporary loft space with super high ceilings that give you that quintessential NYC studio feel. There was even a nice sized terrace with views of the Hudson and midtown skyline that we used for cocktails.
The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and make us feel at home. We were able to use the massive kitchen to store cakes, food and drinks for our family and guests. The flexibility they showed us was unlike what I’d experienced in other venues throughout the city.
Enjoy your next event there! We sure did.

Came here for a company holiday party. The space was nice… however, I felt like it was a bit big for our company. It felt a little bit empty… the decorations were ok. Perhaps it was the fault of the person in charge of decorations from my company… I can see this place transformed to an amazing venue for other events, just not for our company party.
