Went in today and I saw them escort a mouse off the premises.
This was after the guy on the grill rolled his eyes when I asked him if had something on the menu. I was so turned off by this attitude I refused to order anything. People that work in the area need to stop going there just cause it’s the closest thing. Horrible customer service and their «buffet» always looks like it’s been there for hours.
Can I add –5 stars?

I ordered on seamless at 3pm at 3:20pm they called to advise they had none of what I ordered. I too should have listened to the other reviews. I’ll never order from them again. They should probably change their ways if they want the business to succeed.

I should have listened to the other reviews, but… someone I was with insisted we come here. This place reminded me of Q Marqet up the street except it was gross, poorly stocked, more expensive, much worse food, and disinterested employees. The only pro is they take credit. However, their hot bar is (mostly) disgusting Asian food. The food I got was dry, cold, and just not very good.
One of the things I didn’t like is that if you spend more than $ 5 on the hot bar you get a free soda. However, the people behind the counter didn’t remind us of this even though half of us got bottled soda and half got nothing. Good customer service would have. By the time we noticed the sign outside that taught us this we were too cold to go back.

Don’t come into this place. I got lunch from here and saw a tiny fly in my food… Never again I will come back… The good thing is that they gave me back my money.

Inferior Café is more like it. I just got the mount Sinai sandwich which looks like it was made from wilted brown vegetables that should have been thrown away a long time ago. This place is gross. If you work at Sinai, do yourself a favor and walk one block in the other direction and go to the more established and more reliable bodega on 98^th and Madison. They service is faster and the workers seem less confused.

Superior? More like inferior! Horrible service ! Manager was beyond rude ! Screaming and being very inappropriate to customers pointing out their own mistakes. I’m sorry last time I checked the customer is always right. Manager proceeded to send delivery person (who was very nice) to pick up salad that was incorrectly made with no new salad or money in hand. What was the purpose of that? Wasted time? Congratulations 5minutes I won’t get back! Time is money and you disrespected me on the phone. Good luck to you in the future, I’ll bring my own salads to work or order from a reputable company-unlike yours. Thank you.

I was pleased with this café the first time I went. They have an expansive salad bar at decent price. But today I ordered a reuben which came with a side of pickles… and there was a worm in the pickle. They reimbursed me.
