I don’t know any other tmobile store that has been more helpful than this one on John st. Hands down the best. The manager, rayan went through step by step of my plan and charges and left me feeling confident and satisfied. I don’t regret making the switch from Verizon because the switch was worth it.

Maybe there’s been a management switch since the last two reviews. I went in today to upgrade from an iPhone 5 to a 6 and these folks had me in and out in no time. Specifically it was the manager Moussa who helped out most. Real dude who gave me real advice, which is something you tend not to get from these stores. When my service agent was trying to sell me some«bundle» that he said was«required» since I was buying an iPhone 6(64GB) INSTORE as opposed to getting it shipped, Moussa stepped in and relieved me from wasting the $ 180 or so on a bluetooth headset, screen protector and other stuff I wouldn’t use. To be sure, I think the first guy was just following T-Mobile protocol, as big companies usually make the bulk of their money on accessories. But Moussa stepped in and gave the presidential veto on a couple occasions, where he didn’t have to, and really left me feeling like a valued T-Mo customer. If you go, ask for him.

Terrible service, was told wrong information by the employees at this store which almost cost me buying a new phone. Small, cramped, wish I had read the Unilocal reviews first. Avoid this store.

The service here was surprisingly terrible, especially since I was served by a guy who claimed to be the manager. Maybe he wasn’t. Got a general bad impression. Other T-mobile locations are better.
