I went there yesterday at 5.45 pm. There’s only one female representative… not hard to find who I mean. I asked about unlock cell phone. Not only didn’t help or even tried to help but also told me to go to AT&T store for a sim card. Why don’t tell me to change the service provider then… You should educate your stuff how to service clients. Totally waste time to visit.

I received my bill for the last month, which normally gets paid by my automatic bill pay service… For some reason, it came to my home. That’s when I noticed that my 59.00 plan had somehow skyrocketed to 150.00! I went to the store on 2nd ave and 75th, to find out what was going on. The store manager, Josie helped me figure it out. Seems there are companies that send you a text, and if you open up the text just to see what it is, you have downloaded their product! How crazy is that? Well, it’s probably been going on for months now, but as I said, my automatic bill pay had been paying, so Josie called up the company to get an adjustment made. They can only go back three months, but that was a total of 120.00! I’ve come to that location before when I’ve had a question, and have had Josie help me. She is incredible. That’s not even the half of it. First of all, she’s patient and kind, even when the store is full of people. She handled every aspect of this inquiry to customer service, and in 10 minutes or less, I was out the door. 120.00 credit on my account. There are people who work for a living, and then there are people who just love what they do, are diligent at their job, and make you feel good in the process. That, in a nutshell is Josie.
