I went to T-​mobile 2÷21÷2015 and was greeted by Elyza. She helped me transfer my line to t-​mobile since I was a current AT&T customer. she was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the service and product. Elyza walked me through each step of the process and explained to me what I could expect. A week later, she even called to check on me and how I was liking the phone and the T-​mobile experience. What an awesome gesture. By far one of the most exceptional customer service experiences to date.
