The crispy crêpe was really crunchy with a hint of egg and butteriness to it. I really enjoyed the blueberry cheesecake but it might have been too cheesy for me. They provide ample amount of ice cream but not enough fruits. My sister enjoyed her matcha as she enjoyed the strong taste of green tea to it. The presentation of the crêpe was photo worthy and delicious at the same time. Although the crêpe looks like a dessert, it was definitely filling. Since they have sweet and salty versions of the crepes, it would be a good lunch or light dinner. Definitely will return but the prices were pretty expensive for a few pieces of fruit. The service was also welcoming so that is a bonus.

Never had gluten-free crepes before and I have to say their amazing! Its definitely a different texture than any other crêpe I’ve had and that’s exactly what I like about it. It’s not soft but more crunchy. I got the banana chocolate crêpe and instantly fell in love with it. The only thing I didn’t love about it was that there was a yogurt filling. Next I will ask for just a small amount of yogurt filling. Also I liked how they take their time to make your crepes so it’s a nice presentation and insta worthy :)

I’ve always wanted to try this place and I finally got to today. They have a variety of savory and sweet crepes and drinks. I got the Matcha Azuki Crêpe and it was delicious! I would definitely come back another time to try out their other ones. The wait wasn’t too long so that’s a plus.

I was craving some 10Below ice cream, but when I got there, the line was out the door so I decided to try T-Swirl, right next door. The place is a decent size and there was enough seating to go around. All the crepes sounded amazing, so it was tough to figure out which one I wanted. I knew that I wanted a crêpe with gelato, so that limited my options to only a few. I think it would be nice if more crêpe flavors also included gelato. Between Matcha Chocolate Truffles or Matcha Azuki Bean, I finally picked Match Azuki Bean and substituted the matcha green tea gelato with chocolate gelato. The gelato is from Il Laboratorio del Gelato, which heightened the value for me — They make excellent, high quality gelato. After making my selection, I watched as my dessert crêpe was being made. First, they spread a layer of red bean paste on the crêpe, then added matcha custard cream and custard cream. After that, the sliced strawberries are carefully placed on top and all of that is wrapped up in the crêpe. A big scoop of gelato is placed in the pocket and it is topped with almonds, red bean and chocolate pocky sticks. The end result is a beautiful creation of delightful deliciousness! The crêpe is thin and perfectly crispy, slightly sweet, nice and warm. The matcha and yogurt creams are rich and full of flavor. The strawberries add a burst of wonderful refreshing, fresh taste that go well with the cream. The red bean is also nice, subtle, not over powering. The chocolate gelato is extremely chocolate-y, sweet, creamy, velvety smooth. The different layers of yummy ingredients come together to create a deeply satisfying concoction. Overall, the crêpe was incredibly delectable. The staff are both nice and competent. I would definitely come back to try other crêpe masterpieces!(As well as perhaps one of their savory crepes).

This place I wanted to try out our because I really only had dessert crepes while in San Francisco. This particular spot is somewhat new in Chinatown. The display grabs your attention with the different types they offer and the swirling sign can be somewhat hypnotic. It was interesting to see how may franchises there are and the ones that are opening up in the future. There is a list outside on the front wall if you get tired of looking at the crêpe displays. The interior has a very few seats. But that does not stop people from visiting. The employees are friendly and helpful. The menu is divided between sweet and savory type crepes. The price may put off some but this type of dessert you can only get at certain other places in the city. Why not since you are in the area. At the time I chose Matcha Chocolate Truffles(Slice strawberries, matcha custard cream, chocolate truffles, whipped yogurt, chocolate sauce, crushed pistachio). I should have added some ice cream but it was still very good. I managed to get a seat and was able to enjoy the dessert. It has been a while since I went back but they seem to be doing well. They have a loyalty type card one where you eventually get a free crêpe after a certain amount of purchases. Sweet deal son.

Staff: meticulously prepare crepes, down to strategically placing pieces of fruit to maximize presentation and ensure even distribution. Space: it’s right in here, but there are a few tables to sit and watch the magic happen. They also offer free fruit-infused water. Food: The crepes are gluten-free(rice flour), which lends to a crisp exterior with just enough soft interior. Something I didn’t realize is that the sweets are all topped with ice cream, a pleasant surprise. The blueberry cheesecake was perfect– tangy from the cream cheese, tart from the berries, and barely sweet. They’re wrapped beautifully for the perfect street-food. I will definitely be back.

I come here so often, I’ve gone through a bunch of their stamp cards already! I love both their savory and sweet crepes, though more a fan of the savory ones. I just feel that there is more variety in the savory ones, while in the sweet ones, it’s just a different combination of pretty much the same few ingredients, with a few exceptions. I’ve been getting the BLT crêpe fairly often. I love that it comes with avocado and egg. It’s definitely a good option for a meal, it fills me up just right! Just writing about it makes me want to eat one. Took off a star because I usually get the crepes to go, so I have them put it in a bag. More often than not, they get sauce on the handle area of the bag so it gets all over my hand when I carry it. Easy solution would be to fold down the handles before sliding the crêpe into the bag, but they don’t. :(

Decided to go get crepes after seeing the line for 10Below, and I have no regrets! Their Strawberry Chocolate Truffle with green tea was amazingly delicious! The crêpe itself was crispy which complimented the chocolate truffle and strawberries very well. Will come back again to try their other flavors!

They accept the Dollop App, code PXWRXP Used Dollop app reward and their 10% off Unilocal checkin special for the angus short rib crêpe, which was quite good, much better than the matcha chocolate crêpe and Double egg crêpe I’ve had at their previous locations. Il Laboratorio gelato to go with your sweet crepes if you’d like.

I had their Matcha Azuki Bean Sweet Crêpe. It had good flavor all around. I love the flavor combination. The originial crêpe flavor with the matcha ice cream and the azuki bean(red bean) really compliment each other well. The whole thing was topped with sliced of almonds which gave it a nice crunch. There was flavor and texture from every bite. The strawberries were fresh too. Wish there was more azuki beans in there.

I just experienced the poorest customer experience in this place. After waiting for 15″ for my crêpe, I politely asked the cashier for some water refill. Not only she laught at me openly but her colleague was speaking about me very loudly saying«oh yes you will have it RIGHTNOW!». At 10 in the morning on a Saturday, I have to say I wasn’t really in an argument mood so when leaving I said very nicely to the cashier«sorry for having ask for some water» and she replied with a very fake smile«it’s okay» while the other one was despising me. Never had any water. Such a drama for a cup of water… Please stop hospitality, i have lost my appetite! Never be back again even if i live around the corner.

I’ve had crêpes from three different T-Swirl locations, but I think my crêpe from this one was the best. Located next to 10Below, they must get a lot of overlapping business. This location is a lot smaller than the other two I’ve been to. There’s only three tables and an outside bench – not a lot of standing room. All three types of sweet crêpes I’ve had from T-Swirl are good, but the crêpe from this place was crunchy like a wafer, which I really liked and haven’t experienced from the other two locations. Unfortunately, I’m not in Chinatown often so I will have to stick to the 14th St. location.

I was craving something sweet and stopped by to check out T-Swirl. Definitely a good choice! They have sweet and savory crêpe options which they roll up into a cone which makes it easy to eat on the go. I got the chocolate nut option and added strawberries. It was absolutely delicious! The crêpe itself is nice and crispy and the flavors of the chocolate, nuts and strawberry were amazing! Check it out if you’re in the area – you will not regret it!

I came to T-swirl 3 – 4 times last month when I first tried it. I ordered the Lychee Romantic 3 times, and the valentine’s day special which was the matcha chocolate truffles but not matcha cream, and instead was rose cream. The Lychee Romantic is my absolute favorite because lychee has such a distinct taste, slightly sweet, the cream and yogurt is just right(relative to the 14th street location that packed on way too much), sweet raspberries and lastly, the pistachios are perfect additional crunchies. The other one I tried was good too, the chocolate truffles are worth mentioning! They’re soft and melt in your mouth kind — but they were dark chocolate — so it was a little bitter which I don’t like as much. To be honest, their menu is 100% exactly the same as Eight Turn Crêpe which I found extremely bizarre… But compared to Eight Turn Crêpe, T-Swirl makes their crepes thicker/crunchier than Eight Turn. My boyfriend loves Eight Turn but because he likes softer and thinner crepes, whereas I prefer crunchy :)

First time at T-Swirl crepes. I tried 8 turn crepes and always wanted to try T-Swirl crepes. Since today is my birthday and I know they give free crepes this is a great chance to try it. I got the popular Matcha Azuki Bean Crêpe. It’s delicious. I like the crêpe since it wasn’t soggy like other crêpe places. The crêpe skin was soft and crispy on the edges. Staff here was super friendly and nice. The music was good and there’s 8 stools and 2 tables for customers to sit at. Customers can also buy and take to go. The staff will put the crêpe in a Baggie for customers to take out. On a cold winter day it’s good to be inside and there’s lot of heat. Good location and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I ordered the banana and chocolate crêpe and it was so good. It had slices of banana, chocolate truffles, chocolate cream and yogurt. Those chocolate truffles were so good!!! The service was really fast and they were very kind. It is very filling so I wasn’t able to eat the whole thing but the place is so worth going again

Friendly service! And a wonderful product! I ordered a lychee crêpe and oh boy, was it delightful. The crêpe was so crispy on the edges, and the inside was filled with a rose custard — which was fragrant and subtle in its sweetness. The texture and taste sensations were great — sometimes rolled crepes at other places end up being rather soggy, but T-Swirl gets it just right. I wish I could have eaten every one! I’ll just have to come back next time — be good to this location, Unilocalers, so I can come back and get my crêpe fix.

For $ 9.53, I got a Matcha Chocolate Truffles crêpe with an addition of Matcha Ice Cream. It tasted great and definitely satisfied my sweets craving. It is also interesting to note that their crepes are on the cruncher side, unlike other crepes. Staff is friendly and overall, I think this a decent spot for any crêpe lover out there. They also have savory crepes which I am looking forward to trying next so I will save my one star until then.

A new little place in Chinatown with only two bar style tables. Most of the people take their crepes to go. I ordered a Matcha Chocolate truffle crêpe and it was delicious. It contains green tea custard, strawberries, nuts and chocolate truffles, which were really rich. They also have some crepes with ice cream scoops in them, which looked really good as well. It’s definitely a little expensive for the area since everything around is really cheap but not too bad price for a crêpe. My crêpe was around $ 7. The staff was friendly, I wasn’t sure what to get so she recommended me some of the most selling ones. I would definitely go back to try the ones with ice cream.

Their ice cream crêpe was delicious; I ordered their red bean adzuki with green tea icecream and strawberries. I believe there’s also whipped yogurt and green tea custard in the crêpe. I really enjoyed my ice cream crêpe and will definitely come back to try their other signature crêpes; perhaps their savory crépes would cater to my tastes as well. The price of their crêpes are expensive; about $ 8.40 for mine(with tax). Since I went on their grand opening day, I received a small cup of free ice cream, which was a sweet gesture! The interior is small but innovative and modern; their front window displays their many crêpe selections.

Good new addition to dessert at Chinatown. The place is rather small with little seatings — only two small tables with stools. Crepes were decent with a lot of different varieties. The crêpe itself was slightly more crunchy than usual
