Mark is very knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and accommodating. He swiftly diagnosed the problem, offered some solutions and costs of each, and did the fix of my choice.
Also gave me some good tips and advice on a new computer I ordered, didn’t even have to ask.

Very knowledgeable about Windows/​PC and provided very friendly service, explaining what he was doing at each steps.
Before contacting TechGrandmasters, I had hired two different people
I found on Craigslist to help me with Windows issues (malware and registry problems). Their rates were lower, but it seems they didn’t really know what they were doing. They patched up my PC so that it worked for a while, but never truly fixed it. Now, my PC is running better than ever thanks to Mark at TechGrandmasters.
He accepts payment by google checkout so I could use a credit card
instead of having to pay in cash.
Highly recommended. I will be using TechGrandmasters from now on for all my PC needs.
