Very overpriced for what is offered. The space itself is in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms are always flooding, the desks are mismatched and falling apart, and the chairs are old. The elevator is always packed, and slow.
But what really set me over the edge was when the café refused to give me a plastic fork without buying a salad. Seriously? We paid $ 4500/month for a 4-person room and they couldn’t give me a free plastic fork?

TechSpace is great. The staff is fantastic, the vibe of the office space is mature but fun at the same time. It’s got a start up feel but most of the companies are at a high level of thinking and development, meaning you’ve got the best of both worlds. Amenities are great and overall experience is fantastic. I’ve been there for 3.5 years and don’t plan on moving anytime soon!

We’ve been at Tech Space for about a year and it’s been nothing but a great experience. The amenities they provide, from receptionist to café to mail room, saves time and allow companies to focus on what really matters… building a company. It’s an extremely professional environment and the enthusiasm and drive of the various startups and established companies is contagious. People are there to work and get things done and Tech Space helps make it happen.

I manage our companies Facilities from California and we have a team in the Tech Space on East 11^th in New York. We had some off the wall requests and and needed some timely responses to our requests. The Management team at the Tech Space delivered. The whole team was friendly and very helpful, not to mention met all of our tight timelines. I feel very comfortable knowing that our team in New York is in good hands with the group at Tech Space.
