I had a customer whose father’s old watch lost its back cover. The watch was 1960s round Hamilton with 14 karat gold case. The watch was still in excellent condition with the balance wheel moving briskly. I knew it is extremely unlikely to find the right back cover from anywhere.
I found Crystal Shop while I was roaming around a watchmaker to a watchmaker looking for someone to help me. Mr. Lee, the shop owner suggested to make a perfect fitting back cover for the Hamilton. After two weeks it was done with a cost of $ 140.00. He made the back from scratch and it was a perfect fit with nice snap sound. Amazing!!! Another old treasure saved!!!
