I brought my phone in twice (first time for a shattered screen, second time for water damage) and received quick and friendly service both times! It is very affordable, as well.

Making an appointment was super easy on their website. I showed up a few minutes late, waited 25 seconds, then was invited back to my consultation. They diagnosed my phone within just a couple of minutes, named a price, and asked me to come back in 40 minutes. 40 minutes later, I came back, my phone was good as new, and I was on my way.
The whole experience was silky smooth and ultra professional. Highly recommended!

BEST experienced and super fast! They fixed my severely cracked iPhone 6 screen in less than 10 minutes (even though it was quoted to take 30mins). Chivas was extremely friendly and recommended a great glass screen protector for the future to help prevent any other cracks. I’m extremely grateful for the fast and friendly fix. There might be cheaper alternatives in town but I’d rather pay for the speed, service and reliability of these pros! Thank you guys for saving my phone!!!

They replaced my screen and LED light, recommended a better case in shop at a discounted price, and worked for longer than the expected 15 minutes as after testing it my in phone mic didnt work. They checked through everything to make sure the phone worked properly, they use all real mac parts (while working, they allowed me to see the serial numbers and fine print), and they were happy to talk to me while I waited. Would definitely recommend
Note that it’s cheaper if you use cash for purchase!

These guys are great and do a fast reliable job. I have taken three separate iphone devices in to have screen repairs conducted. They fixed them all quickly and reliably. Now, if I could only get my family to stop dropping their phones!

Took time to explain what was wrong with my phone & showed me how he was fixing it. I had the screen, battery & camera/​mic replaced. The other place I used in KS didn’t properly fix my phone. They didn’t put the proper screw in or tape the battery down.

I have been to the Madison Ave location 2 – 3 times, today being my latest trip. They’re my go-​to when something is wrong with my phone. Cracked screen — no problem for them. I’ve always had prompt service — as soon as I walked in the tech came out! The estimated wait time for repair was 15 mins but he was finished in about 5 mins. No more cracked screen! I’ll definitely keep going back, because I’m accident prone it probably won’t be the last time I crack my screen. And I’ll recommend them to all my friends.

Really friendly guys repaired my screen in 20 minutes. Also have a 6 month warranty on their work. That is good service.

BEWARE! My iPhone screen was damaged and I took it here to be replaced. Within 2 days my screen had scratches all over it. They do NOT use Guerilla Glass by Corning which is the higher quality screen.

Brought in my iPad 2 with a cracked screen on Tuesday, picked it up on Wednesday. Looked brand new, so far so good. Purchased the $ 20 off for $ 10, total for repair under $ 100 cash. Pretty convenient location if you work in Midtown East.
One tip: if you come after 5pm, you will have to wait for someone from the office to come down and pick you up from the lobby.

My iPhone just randomly died on me so I went here because it was close to my office. These guys figured it out pretty quickly and sent me on my way for free. 5 stars for service, deducted one just because i waited a while in lobby since it was after 5.
But I really shouldn’t be complaining since I didn’t spend any $$. :)

So my baby aka my iPhone screen was not working from Sunday night until Tuesday evening and I was panicking. I have my whole life on my phone and last thing I needed was to pay for another phone or be without a phone. I never heard of this place and did a Google search after going to Sprint in which they said go to Apple (umm no thanks). Nothing against Apple but the cost of repair is not in my budget and the idea of having to trek to 5^th Ave 3am on a Tuesday morning leaves little to be admired.
I’m not gonna lie, I felt a little weird coming here because it’s small and is located in a nice building so not many people know about it. I took my chance and had my screen replaced in front of me for less than $ 100 (pbly half the cost than at Apple) and in 20 minutes. I wish I remembered the guys names but I was too distraught in not having a phone. They were nice and funny and I have a phone again! I would definitely recommend going there if you need a new screen or have issues troubleshooting. Sorry Apple but your prices are not for majority of your consumers!

If you like waiting in a lobby without chairs for 45 minutes until someone that works here brings you upstairs to their «office» then this is the place for you!!!
Also if you like warranties not honored this place is right in your wheelhouse
Spend the extra money, go to apple or go elsewhere.

I needed the screen of my iPhone 6 to get replace. They did it in like 20min and they were very thorough. I will definitely recommend them!

I dropped my phone & shattered my screen (the display appearance looked like abstract, geometric art). Prior to breaking my screen, my rear camera wasn’t being responsive.
In under half an hour & for less than $ 100, these guys fixed both the screen & camera (no charge for camera repair b/​c it was simply disconnected & not broken). If you check-​in thru Unilocal,you get $ 10 off. Highly recommend.

I visited their Times Square location back in March when I shattered my screen. Well, about two weeks ago, long story short, I shattered my phone’s screen again in Philly.
Note to self: Get a better iPhone case. It’s time, Allison!
I went to the Midtown East location, as it’s about a 25 minute brisk walk from my UES side office. I was led up by one of the workers to their 5^th floor office space; I waited for about 20 minutes while my screen was replaced. There is a great «Business Lounge» area adjacent to their office with comfy chairs, free copies of «Time Out» magazine, and access to water.
The quality of this repair was good, though I am now noticing a minuscule bit of light shining from the upper right now, near were my Verizon logo is. It’s nothing I find annoying, though. I found the service to be perhaps a hair less friendly as I did at the Times Square location. Then again, I had a 5:20 p.m. appointment and they were all probably sick of fixing phones all day. Heh.
Admittedly, they had a couple of take-​out food containers on their work stations. Can’t help but be a little nervous that a piece of halal gyro lands in my phone, eh?
I’m still a fan of this company’s work, regardless of which location it is. I hope I never have to go again, but, if my screen ever shatters again, I’ll curse myself out… then make another appointment with these fine folks.

My boyfriend’s phone had a stripped screw that was just impossible to remove.
I call the Device Shop a couple of weeks back and they say to bring in the phone.
I must have brought the phone to the wrong location because these idiots tried to «cut» the stripped screw off, and somehow, the screw AND the piece that was still connected to the motherboard came right off!
They tell me it should be okay (thinking I probably don’t know better). I try to stay calm. I understand mistakes happen. Motherboards are fragile. But WTF!!! I read a review for another location and they used special glue etc, to GENTLY remove the stripped screws. But these brilliant dudes did not.
Now, that piece that popped off the motherboard wasn’t the most important piece per se, and I was still able to connect the battery to the phone. However, that piece that popped off was meant to be there for a reason! That piece was needed to secure the battery connector in place. And now the energy transmission, (if it even transmits properly) will be shoddy to non existent.
I did not have to pay (obviously). But I was more than willing to pay for a professional service. This service was a complete joke. I came in with a minor problem, and now I have a semi major problem. I received a flyer for in case the phone didn’t start up.
