I ordered my first book with this company, and I think it may be the only book I get with them. I placed my order early March and I get my book in the 2 weeks that I’m promised which is good.
As I overexcitedly peel back t he overabundant amount of layers of packaging used to protect my port, I am dissapointed when all is opened. My name is incorrectly embossed! It reads CORRINA GARNICA… sigh. I know Corrine garnica is a rather unique name and not everyone is going to get that correct all the time. BUT! It was correct on my shipping label, packing sheet, AND the enclosed invoice. You’d think SOMEONE would have caught the difference in spelling. NO. Anyways, I wasn’t upset, just a little dissapointed.
So I immediately emailed my point of contact, Naomi, and send her all the proof that I did not incorrectly submit my name as well as a picture of my misspelled name. She assures me it will be taken care of and sent out immediately. No need to ship back my wrong one which is good.
It has now been a month since I let them know

Everything is custom made: the spreads, the embossed cover page and back page, the portfolio shell, and the portfolio case. I am always 100% satisfied with their craftsmanship. For photographers, presentation is vital and not something to skimp on– that’s why I bring my business here.

For years I have been using them for crafting beautiful books and great bags and for some reason I ended up finding the lame review on top and felt I had to –somehow– rectify it.
HoP is definitely a keeper!
