The New York Conservatory of Music is by far my favorite music school in Manhattan. The Staff treats all their students like family and keeps all it’s members involved through concerts, special themed-​music nights and much more.

Staff at front desk is extremely rude and unreasonable. Canceled my class (which I paid already) without telling me and said «reschedule» and «cancel» means the same thing. I didn’t want to cancel cuz I paid already and canceling would waste it, so I still went to the class at the time scheduled. When I got there, they told me it’s already canceled. They could have told me ahead of so I didn’t have to make my trip to the school. Plus, they canceled the class that I paid without my consent and refused to give me refund. Who needs this kind of bullshit??? It’s like stealing money out of people’s pocket! Such a scam! Definitely not recommended. I hope no one else will be tricked by them.
