I should have read the reviews first! Shady shady! There are big signs that say SALE and many of the shoes are marked as being on sale. The last time I bought clogs they were about $ 100, so I didn’t think that $ 58 was unreasonable as a sale price. I bought them and then realized that I paid not $ 58 but $ 158! Looking around the internet, these shoes are never listed over $ 150 retail. I tried to return them but because were marked«on sale» they said they couldn’t be returned. And the woman was a total jerk about it. DONOTBUYFROMHERE. Use them to try on stuff at most and then buy online!

Be careful with these salespeople! I wasn’t sure about buying a pair of shoes and asked for their return policy, which they said: «You can return them within 7 days.» Unfortunately, I took their vocal words over reading the receipt which says you can return for store credit only. They misled me into buying a pair of shoes, and then wouldn’t let me return them! I had to throw a very inappropriate hissy fit in the store and nearly cry to get them returned. It was obnoxious. So purchase with caution!

as some other reviewers have noted, this store definitely has cute shoes — but at ridiculous prices. i was interested in a pair the other day, tried them on, said i’d think about it, and the salesgirl(who had been pushy but friendly up to then) totally changed tone and was visibly annoyed that i wasn’t buying them on the spot. when i later found them in another store for 30% less, i went back(this store is in my neighborhood, so easier to buy them there) to ask if she’d match the lower price i’d found. she flatly refused. my overall impression: very rude service and overpriced shoes. if you love mizmooz, try infinity shoes(several locations in NYC), who have a better selection at considerably lower prices.

I love this store. I love the Moos shoes in particular and love that they have a nice selection of them… I come to NYC about two times a year to visit my sister in law and family… and they live just blocks away from this little place. Each time I visit. I also visit The rose and walk away with a cute pair of shoes… When I come back to CA… I always get compliments on the shoes I get there… But be warned… know your shoes well… I saw some rockports on sale there for $ 120bucks ‘supposedly on clearance”… you can easily get those elsewhere for about $ 60ish…IF and big IF… you knew your shoes well!!! but I am VERY happy with the Moos Shoes selection and happy that they always have my size available(size 7) that they will get 5 stars from me! see you in a few months on my next visit!

WARNING!!! Yes this place may have cute shoes. BUT. Do not be fooled — –they are totally shady at this store. I saw a pair of boots there I dug, «on sale» for $ 200, allegedly«marked down» from $ 325. These same boots, FULLPRICE anywhere else in the city, are about $ 160. And the salesguy was hell-bent on convincing me that it was such a deal and they’d have all flown out of the store by the time I made up my mind. Shady, shady, shady.

Yes, yes, yes!!! Cute shoes. I’ve been by this place several times during my NYC visits, love looking in their window. Well, I was doing a walk through Central Park last weekend and all of the sudden, one of the straps on my sandal broke. What’s a girl going to do? A shoe emergency in NYC, oh my! Not possible. Not far from the south end of Central Park was«The Rose» I decided on something comfortable, so I tried on these cute shoes by Merril. This pair was like a very light weight running shoe, with a open mesh design, cute, cool and comfortable. «CCC» They may have these back home in Chicago, however I haven’t seen them. NYC is the king of shoes! I know you can get a lot of things in Chicago, we have Bloomie’s, Macy’s, and places like that. But NYC and the shoes, can’t be topped. If you think so, just forget about it…

Wandering around after lunch today, came across this neat little shoe store. They have an awesome selection of all different shoes, especially women’s shoes, and especially good for work! They have a lot of Mooz, and a huge sale/clearance section that I definitely need to hit up! Even the regular(nonsale) shoes looked pretty good, pricewise and stylewise, although I did see a pair of Sacha Too shoes that I bought at Century 21 for half the price. Then again, that’s Century 21, perhaps it’s not fair to compare.
