I’ve been to this location about seven times in the last year — mainly because my Tumi headphones kept going out on one side. The store is kept very clean on the floor and is well stocked. They often have sales but they are not displayed and instead announced to you when you walk in. The staff is very nice and I’ve never seen more than two people working at one time. They do offer to send out any damaged Tumi items you have you for repair, which used to be free but is now $ 15. It usually takes about a week for you to receive an update on it. In my experience the company has been great with either repairing your item, sending you a replacement, or giving you a credit for it; which you must use through their store and by calling in to order. A downside is that you cannot check on your repairs online. All Tumi items(bags, luggage, etc) have a «barcode» type unit inside one of the pockets that allows them to identify the owner and contact information if the item is ever lost. The items also have a little square«name plate» type area for the consumer to place their initials on for free. They have various options as far as color and font, but in my opinion just the plain embossing on the leather definitely looks the most classy and clean. If you’re looking for products that have great quality, warranty, and look but for a fair price, then I’d say Tumi is the best way to go. Sometimes they’re having some great sales; e.g. 30% off all bags, which makes it all even more worth it.
