Horrible… The first time I ordered something to be printed there, I called ahead of time to let them know it was urgent and I needed it the next day (within 24 hours) they said that was fine. I called 24 hours later because I hadn’t heard from them. All they told me was that their store was out of the card stock I needed printing to be done on and that they would transfer the job up to another store and I can have it within another 24 hours. They couldn’t have called me sooner to tell me that?
Now the second time, I called last night to confirm that my printing was good to go for today and the man who I spoke with CONFIRMED with me that they would be open at 8:30AM and that I could come pick my prints up. Well I stood outside the gated down, locked door with all the lights off and not a soul around from 8:30AM to 8:45AM in the 19 degree snowy weather. Now I wish I read these reviews before I chose to use this store to print. IF YOUR HOURS SAY 8:30, OPEN AT 8:30. IF NOT, SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR HOURS. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THAT!!!

Horrible, horrible service. Visited the empty store to inquire about a lost package that was dropped off at a UPS truck. The one person staff rudely informed me that since it was not dropped off at the location it is not his responsibility. Middle of conversation, starts attending to someone else who comes in MID CONVERSATION. Asked his cordially what are some scenarios and how to proceed, all he keeps stating is that he doesn’t know and that this is a franchise store. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW?! don’t walk into a subway and have them tell me they don’t know what kind of sandwiches they sell, because «they are a franchise» So poorly represented UPS, an extremely dissatisfying experience.

Almost 9 am, crazy cold, and they haven’t opened yet. Why you sign says that opens at 8:30 am. Learn to run a business people.

It’s 8:34 am and the gate is down and no sign of any employees, though it says you open at 8:30. How can you be so unreliable in the Garment District?

Small quiet location. Had to come drop off a package in a hurry this morning & was relieved to be greeted by the friendliest staff who processed my package very quickly. I was out of there in 1 minute!
