Went for interview and they stood me up. The HR Director and owner went into a Board Meeting and didn’t come out. Left me with a yawning employee to keep me occupied who was not interested in being there with me. They never rescheduled. Why would you want to be part of this group when people treat you that way? Why not just reschedule and apologize?
