Sylvie is great, reliable, dependable, and very great with animals. We enjoyed our initial visit in which she asked for all pertinent details and emergency contacts in case something happened to us on our travels.
I love the fact that she sends us little report cards each time she visits. This was especially helpful because we have never left our little beast with a stranger for longer than 2 days! We were especially happy with the videos she sent us that showed our cutie pie loving Sylvie’s attention. And her rates were so reasonable for the holiday season when everyone takes advantage of you.

Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind endless emails about the cats and their ones and twos!!! And basically everything that could go wrong, my cats eat sleep poop how difficult is that! I like them to be cared for but it was ridiculous,

Sylvie took care of our cat for 10 days while abroad and I have to say, I have never felt more confident to leave him with someone for such a long period of time. Sylvie is truly amazing and really understand the needs of cats. She was amazing and sent updates every day. I used other cat sitter service before but I was always worried (Yes I am a little anxious when it comes to leaving my cat!) but Sylvie was the only one who managed to erase all my fears and I knew that our baby was in excellent hands with her.

I felt completely confident leaving my babies Bella and Muffy in Sylvie’s care. She is very knowledgable about cats, truly loves them and thorough in her visits. Sylvie has been amazing with our cat Billie. I used to be extremely nervous leaving her during vacations, even with friends or family, but I have been at ease ever since I found Sylvie! We know that we will receive text updates, videos, and pictures of Billie with every visit, and feel confident that our cat is safe and happy while we are away. Sylvie is great! Everything in our apartment was as we left it (except, of course, for the fresh food/​water/​litter that she’d left for the cat!). She keeps track of emergency contact information so that she can still help the kitty if anything happens to the owner. And she understands how to be discreet in case you, uhh, aren’t technically supposed to have a cat. But most importantly our kitty loved her right away and could not get enough of her hugs. I had a last-​minute trip come up over a holiday weekend and had never worked with Sylvie before. However, she returned my inquiry within a couple of hours, came for a preliminary meeting the same day, and I had a contract shortly thereafter. She is warm, organized, and truly devoted to caring for my two furballs. I’ve never felt so comfortable leaving them at home! Highly recommended.

Having moved here recently from the UK my other half and I were keen to travel and see as much of the states as possible. However, we bought our cat over with us who’s not always the friendliest of cats and is often quite shy. This obviously posed a problem when going away over night. But when Sylvie came and met him she was great with him, allowing him to come to her and he seemed to relax in her company!
While we were away Sylvie sent us photos and videos of our cat and it was lovely to see him getting (and enjoying) cuddles from someone else!

Sylvie is a dream come true. I had just adopted my kitten and went on vacation, I was so nervous to leave him (he is disabled) and I could not have had a better experience. She is so flexible, kept in constant contact with me, sent videos and pictures, and loved my Benedict as much as I did.

Sylvie is amazing! She has looked after my cat Moody twice so far. As a first time cat owner I was a bit nervous about leaving my cat (who I consider my baby!) for an extended period of time but Sylvie reassured me that he would be okay– and he was! Moody warmed to her very quickly and I could tell she was reliable from the moment we spoke. She also sent descriptive emails and videos of Moody each visit of which I came to look forward to every day I was away.
Overall an amazing cat sitter and I highly recommend her!

Excellent cat sitting services. Will use again
I procrastinated arranging a cat sitter for a weekend trip last week and contacted several at the last minute. Sylvie was the first to respond and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
She arranged to come over the next morning to see the apartment, learn about any special requests (none– my cats are pretty boring) and all that stuff. Meeting her in person was great– in this business you want to see someone face to face because they are in your home. One thing I especially appreciated– she suggested I leave the air conditioning on while away because apparently cats are prone to over-​heating. Never would have thought of that.
Every day she would text or email with a photo of the cats. One day she made a short video when the shy cat made an appearance and allowed her to pet him. Those are really nice, thoughtful touches that are very reassuring when you are away
The first morning there was one small problem– she had a hard time unlocking my door (the lock kind of sticks). That was my fault, I should have told her the trick and had her try unlocking the door while she was over for the first visit. So if there are any tricky issues about getting into your apartment, be sure to go over them in person!
