So far so good. Much better than the«other» coworking space in town. Much more chill here. The offices are all rented out, yet it’s not crowded. Friendly, attentive community manager. Huge outdoor space on the roof – can’t top that.

Really cannot say enough good things about working at The Yard LES. The energy is great and the space are quite nice. There is always fresh coffee and an array of haute teas. There are plenty of couches/lounge spaces for when you need to get out of the private offices, and the rooftop is a great place to get some work done when the weather is nice. Juan, the maintenance man, does a wonderful job keeping the facilities in good shape, and Michaeline, the community manager, does an equally wonderful job coordinating events and keeping«tenants» happy. My company already takes up two offices here and I dread the day we outgrow the space and have to leave. (Disclosure: I am not the person paying for our office space here, so I have no comments on affordability.)

This is a co-working space with private offices, common lounge areas, and other amenities. It’s a great place to work in the LES. The Pros: — There’s a beautiful roof deck that has space for events. — There’s always fresh coffee. — There are plenty of bathrooms in good working order — I never have to wait. — The private offices get good natural light because they have large interior and exterior facing windows. — The shared office spaces are in shared lounges with desks, shared lounges with couches, and some counter-top space. This makes the very small offices bearable because you can escape to the more shared spaces. — The front desk is staffed during business hours and the staff is very friendly. The accept packages and deliver to your office. — The staff and owners are very responsive — The community — people are very friendly and helpful to each other. — Great conference room spaces and practically unlimited use of printer — THELOCATION! The Cons — The private offices are very small, especially relative to the price. In a private office, a person gets space for their desk and themselves, but not much beyond that. — The noise level is high because the walls are thin and there’s lots of old building clanking noises.
