It’s ridiculous! I have been using Tito for my caster about two years ago, at the beginning, I thought Tito was good even thought sometimes were not perfect, but the problems were coming more and more later. I had two pieces of organic shape for casting, I made my pieces like a coral form in wax which surface randomly and not smoothly. The size of my pieces were small like 1.5″ –2″ diameter and the weight was light and the thickness of each were less than 16gauge wire thick. When I pick up the cast, I found the surface was changed, it wasn’t look what I made, the tentacles became so strong which are 3 times thicker than the original, and looked smooth a lot! The DWT is 31.42 which is kind of heavy, the labor is $ 16 also a bit over charge because I just wanna straight casting. The total price of the two pieces is $ 70. I was too busy and didn’t have time to do it again, so I paid it and fixed them the whole day for catching the deadline. Before it happened, I intro many of my fds to come to Tito, now I’m regret and never come here again!

This place is great if you want waxes and castings done. Their prices are pretty competitive and because it’s 47th street the turnaround is usually the same day if you drop off a wax in the morning, or the next day. Everyone here is friendly and they have a dog! They cast in sterling, fine silver, platinum, almost any color gold, 14kt, 18kt and 22kt yellow gold, brass, bronze and white bronze. They also make molds and have no shrink silicone molds. Love them!
