We signed a 2 year lease, every issue we have had has gone unnoticed despite our many emails, we are told we have to email no calls. Our bathroom mirror fell off the hinges and broke, no apparent reason, a year and half later we still have that big crack in our mirror. The heater flooded our living room twice. Luckily it just stopped for whatever reason. Also, the lady upstairs has flooded her bathroom twice which caused the most horrid leak of yellow water through our bathroom light fixture. We were scared to turn the light on for a week. No one has been out to check anything about that leak which I’m sure has caused damage to something. We did catch one of the maintenance guys in the hall once when our doorknob stop turning and he took care of that thankfully…

Honestly, I wouldn’t live in a building of theirs for free if the building was a chocolate covered mansion.
The worst service of any company. Nothing gets fixed ever and they treat everyone like they are idiots. I can’t stand them. If you rent from them, you will regret it.

worst management company ever. they help with nothing. ignore your calls/​emails. Yanni, the «manager» is completely useless. try and avoid renting anything from these guys. they have been a pain in the ass for the entire year we have been here.
