Tony Math Training

I took Tony’s 10am Saturday class in Central Park (found via classpass). It was my first boot camp type class in the park, and it was TOUGH. A few days later I’m still sore. We did a lot of various exercises that did not involve equipment (planks, burpees, etc) and a few that involved elastic bands. Tony kept it fun and encouraging. My only complaint was the lack of music, as I’ve heard some of these type of classes bring speakers.

I’ve been traning with Tony since the end of october. Tony is a great trainer and I really enjoy the classes. Classes are currently mondays, wednesdays, and saturdays. Unfortunatly I’m not able to make many of the wednesday classes because of work (classes are at 6pm on wednesday).
I’ve only done indoor classes so far but from what I hear the outdoor classes (which started in late spring) are great as well. I’ve noticed how these classes have improved my fitness in both soccer and in racing. The saturday classes are my favorite and I find they are a great way to start the weekend

I really enjoyed Anthony’s classes. They were definitely challenging!

I started taking a class at my building’s gym with Anthony over a year ago and really liked his style of training. Although the class was challenging it was still fun and always positive. So, when I got engaged and needed to be in tip top shape for my wedding I enlisted Anthony. Anthony is and was an awesome coach and motivator. He is extremely knowledgeable about weight training and he does a great job of mixing in different equipment into the workout so that you become very toned as an end result. Not only do I look overall nice and toned but I feel much stronger than I did just taking classes and working out on my own. Anthony really knows how to strengthen the body overall so it looks good and you feel powerful! You will get a full body workout. I felt great in my wedding dress and in m bathing suit and I’m now hooked and want to continue weight training and strengthening my core. I would recommend Anthony to anyone who wants to work hard and see results. He’s an awesome trainer and extremely professional.

I have been working with TMT for over 2 years now and I cannot believe how strong I have gotten. I am not someone who loves to workout but Tony always makes classes fun, tough and rewarding. Working out in Central Park is great but actually using the surroundings, the benches, the trees, the hills, really makes a difference. I recommend TMT to everyone I know no matter what fitness level you are. I went from not being able to do a push up to doing my first Spartan race. And it’s all because of TMT

The money I spend on TMT bootcamp classes is absolutely and without a doubt the best money I spend. Despite being freaking KILLER, these classes are 100% the most fun I have while working out.
First of all, it’s usually outdoors in Central Park (though he added indoor classes this year when the weather got shitty, which was a huge benefit) so simply being able to play with the surroundings makes for an ever-​changing experience. Anthony is also known for bringing bags and sometimes whole suitcases full of gear to give his clients the best and most challenging workout — jump ropes, resistance bands, med balls, agility ladders… you get the idea! He has built a crew of regulars who are devoted to getting our asses handed to us by him because he’s so damn good at it and crazy encouraging.
Anthony’s passion for fitness and love for his clients is clear to anyone who meets him. He wants to help you be in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it. I’ve been working out with him for two years and he has changed my body and changed my life. Sounds a little hyperbolic, but it’s the truth!

Training with Tony is awesome! He’s no joke. I was an athlete in college and missed the team workout mentality when I moved to New York after graduation. TMT is a faced-​paced, fun, challenging and extremely rewarding workout. There’s no doubt you’ll feel like a badass when you finish his classes. Tony shakes up the routine and brings different equipment to his outdoor Central Park boot camp classes so I’m never bored. I seriously look forward to the one TMT hour of my day. I’m addicted. Definitely worth trying out — you’ll never want to train anywhere else!
