Bjorn is AMAZING. I’m a dancer who needs to get more flexible. I’ve always hated stretching and found it to be really painful. To my surprise, Bjorn has this technique that uses resistance that isn’t painful at all, and is actually pretty fun.
At one point he helped stretch my right leg and hadn’t gotten to my left yet, and asked me to walk around. My left leg felt like a wooden leg in comparison to my right leg, which now felt like rubber!
I hadn’t felt so relaxed in a long time. Seriously if you have a physical ailment or just want to get more flexible, I haven’t found anyone better.
