The more I think about it, the more it annoys me. I brought in two pairs of suede shoes to be stretched. They were in impeccable condition but were returned filthy. Did they purposely drag them through every corner of the workshop instead of using a broom for that purpose? The other pair of shoes had sole protectors added were filthy as well but at least those are regular leather and much easier to polish up. Don’t think I would have anything more than an on-​foot shoe shine done there again.

I’ve personally never had any bad experiences. I had about ten pairs of shoes fixed (soles, heels, clean suede), and never any problems.

These guys are awful. I’ve been going here for years because I work at Citigroup, and have had nothing but bad experiences. First time they replaced a sole with cheap rubber that wore out in less than a year, second time they gummed up laces with glue that wouldn’t come off, last straw was I took a pair shoes in to clean up some salt damage and they stripped all the color out of the leather. Never again!

Paul is a master of his craft! I took $ 800 worth of shoes and he repaired them all for ¼ of the price. He even is working on a purse strap that I cannot wait to see what comes of it! I loved all the work he did… its like I have brand new shoes! I’d recommend him to anyone who needs to get their busted shoes fixed up… like new I tell you… he makes them like new! :).
