I want new Uggs so bad… its because they are in splendid quality… simple yet attractive… and overall… cute! their key point is that they have genuine fur lining stuffed inside to keep our toes cosy and warm during the winter… and they dont just come out in boots… they have heels… clogs… ankle booties… sequins…knits…over-the-knees…and much more!

This is my to-​go Ugg store. Came here two times, once last year and today. I am impressed with their service and help there. The one star missing was due to the fact that I had to hunt for a salesperson. But I caught one they were very helpful and provided advices and opinions.
The first visit I purchased a pair of Bailey tall boots and the salesperson that helped me brought me both size 6 and 7 to try on and walk around in, even after I insisted that I wanted 7. She also explained that Ugg boots tend to expand after a few wears so it is better to buy half a size down from my usual size. I had a million questions to ask and she answered them all and never felt irritated by all my inquiries.
Today I went to this store to purchase the Bailey bows tall boots. Again I had to search and hunt for salesperson but once I caught one she was beyond helpful. When I wasn’t sure whether to get the grey or the black she provided her opinion which made very good sense. She must be new because she was not sure how the ordering process goes. But she was able to get the store manager to help me very quickly. They ended up ordering the boots to the store because if it was ordered online I have to pay $ 250 and if they ordered to their store they can charge me the sale price, which was $ 179.99. Definitely a better price than $ 250.
I like the way the store is set up. It does not seem crowded and plenty of spaces to move around and sit to try on the lie shoes/​boots.

Great product but I finally gave up and walked out due to terrible customer service. Skip this store

The staff is not organized at all! I get that it’s a big store, but I had 3 different persons that alternated to help me with my request, and they kept bringing me the wrong shoes, or the wrong size, or a box where label and content did not match.
Very disappointing!

Bought 3 pairs of boots here. You have to come during slow hours though. When it is busy, it is crazy. Great shoes but hard to get a sales person around Christmas.

Rude staff that doesn’t know the merchandise or what they have in stock. Big selection in the store but staff sucks so I will probably go to a different location from now on even though this is only 2 blocks from where I work. «Ugg“hhh

The best news is that UGGs are great. Always fit well, super warm, waterproof, and comfortable. The worst news is that you need to be a hawk and buy early or the style you choose will be gone. The Hanen boots I lusted over disappeared everywhere by January. The reply to my e-​mail to UGG customer service said simply «We don’t have any because they are popular.» Duh! Of course I will continue to buy UGGs but I hope some clever marketing rep will communicate with production to Make More Boots!

Absolutely awful experience. Didn’t even make it in the store! They list their opening hours on Google as 9am — 8pm on a Thursday. I arrive at 7.36pm and it’s closed! Come on, this is basic stuff — embarrassingly amateur. Thanks for wasting my time — have you checked what it says on your website recently?

From my days growing up in southern California being an avid swimmer and water polo player, uggs have been around me for as long as I can remember.
Fast forward nearly a decade and I currently live in nyc. I found the ugg hanen cordovan online and was instantly blown away. This last Thursday, I walked from my place of employment to the store on Madison Ave in nyc.
First– to echo similar sentiments, this is the laziest group of individuals I’ve ever come across. I walked in and could not discern who was an employee vs a customer.
I sheepishly asked around until I found an employee (PROBLEM). I then asked to check the shoe I wanted — the system said they had 4 pair in stock while none were located (PROBLEM). While the woman went to look for them, a gentleman approaches and asked if I was being helped. I gave him a heads up and he said ‘Nah man, we ain’t got none in stock.’ Ok. Other than the lack of appropriate English/​grammar, I appreciate the honesty. So… Why does your system show 4 on hand? (PROBLEM). When I asked what the employee was doing ‘looking for them’ after enough prodding the male employee was in agreement that It was ‘just for show.’ Are you f*ing kidding me? I’m wasting time for these clowns to go downstairs and text!!? Wtf is going on here? Why do these people have jobs?
The store was out of stock in an 11 and 12. They called the store on mercer to verify inventory of the shoes in 11 and 12– both cordovan. I was ecstatic. I quickly hopped into a cab, gladly spent the twenty dollars to try and secure the shoes to keep my feet warm. I had a feeling deep down that said it was too good to be true. While I expected a different experience, that was not the case. Went to the store on mercer and ran into the same BS. No one is friendly, no one is identifiable as an employee… Overall just a waste of humans and space.
Imagine my surprise (or lack thereof) as the mercer store informed me that they did not stock the 12 when I arrived 30 minutes later! Best of all, I was essentially called a liar in not so many words. Now out twenty bucks, I paid another twenty dollars to complete the roundtrip circuit.
Unfortunately, no one answers the phone when you call and try to speak to someone within the store as to corroborate my story. So, now Iook like a liar and am out 40 dollars. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience as a customer and hope that Ugg will right the wrong. Until then, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that doesn’t employee flat out morons. I’ve yet to be reached out to from their regional manager though I gave them 4 days to do so. Save your cash and support a corporation that understands business. Clearly, these guys do not.

I understand it’s busy during the holidays. But it was pure chaos and the most poorly managed store I’ve ever been into. First the sales associates all took off their badges because they don’t want to be recognized. Then you ask for support and get yelled at because they’re too busy. I totally understands the chaos of the holidays but there needs to be a system and the staff need to be properly trained to represent their brand well.

Stood around this store while waiting for shopping to complete. Crowded but there were places to sit. I don’t like Ugg shoes and would never think to wear them. But while I waited, a friendly staff member came by and asked if I would like a bottle of water. I said ‘yes’ and he brought it to me right away. That was thoughtful, so high marks for that. Judging from the crowd, Uggs are still highly in demand.

So I came to this Ugg store because I promised my niece’s that I will get them Uggs boots for Christmas. I was only able to take them on a Saturday, and I know that this store is very busy on the weekend. First up, the store is at a great location. Secondly, the staff are friendly and helpful. Thirdly, I was able to get my niece’s what they wanted and checkout was a breeze even though the store was crowded. We did have to wait outside in a line to enter the store but that wasn’t a long wait. I would say less than 5 minutes.

My wife went to this location today to purchase 2 pair of UGG’s for her friend living overseas. She asked to take photos of several pair of shoes and send via SMS to who friend to decide. 3 sales people were fine with her taking the photos. Later a 4^th woman came over and told her she could not take photos. Advised her to have her friend look at their online store for images. If the images are available online, why would this sales person care that she took photos in the store? In the end, another sales person gave her the OK and she did purchase 2 pair of shoes.
Overall the her impression was that sales people were disinterested in assisting customers and she found service in other brand stores on 5^th avenue more service oriented.

Great Selection, staff were helpful. I suggest going on a weekday, its extremely crowded on the weekends and evenings. Overall pleasant experience.

I don’t like bashing places but the staff at this store really needs an attitude check. We practically had to beg one of the 15 staff members to help us as they were more interested in talking to one another than working. Once we were being helped it was even worse. She walked away several times to join in whatever conversation the other staff members were having. Another customer even said she was going to leave and write a bad review as well

I love Uggs they are so cute and I had a pair of black Uggs clogs… but they got messed up and I was like darn! The boots are nice. I went to a small shoe store in Skillman, NJ. I will get a new pair once I get to Route 206 and get $ 100.00 to spend.

i came here a few days after christmas and i had to wait one hour in the freezing cold just to get into the store. And then, when i got in they practically had no boots or shoes in any size above a 4. The employees were rude and nobody helped me for about another half an hour. I kept asking and they said that they were bust, it was embarrising. I am going to try this store later this year, and see what i think. BUT IT WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE. AND TINY TINY TINY

Went here on the 19 of DECEMBER which is 5 days till CHRISTMAS EVE and 6 days till CHRISTMAS DAY. If you come over here our any Ugg store AROUND DECEMBER or NEAR CHRISTMAS, its really a BIG NO NO. Im sorry for putting all this in caps but im really trying to warn you. So this is how my visit to the Ugg store came about:
I came here to buy my new pair of Ugg boots since its a new year and such. I found out that this store in Midtown opened about a month ago so I decided to go here since the flagship in SoHo did not have my boot in stock and the one in Upper West Side seemed far away. I came here and to my «surprise» there was a line outside to get inside. Since it was a Sunday, I thought the store was closed already but anyways it was COLD and people passing by gave us weird looks as if we were crazy standing in the freezing store just to get to the Ugg store… Sadly, we were crazy. When I finally stepped in the store it was havoc in there. A bunch of people crammed up. I got my boot and asked the lady if they had my size and there were a whole bunch of people whom she was helping. In 20 minutes she came back and there wasnt any in my size. I got my backup boot and asked her if there was any in my size. About 40 minutes later which is alot, she came back with my boot. I was standing there the whole time waiting for this darn boot. I tried it on standing up because everyone else was trying on their shoes and I was not the only one standing up. I wanted to get the Sunburst (the boot with the fur outside) but I end up with the Ugg ultimate short which was my 2^nd choice…
Bottom line:
–save yourself sometime if your shopping during the holiday season, GO TO BLOOMINGDALES in Lexington or a reputable store that sells the ugg you want. Dont go to the flagship around December or nearing the holiday season. There will be no Ugg in your size /​style in stock.
–If you come here, be patient
–Its better if you come way before christmas, after January or even during the summer if you want to save time.
–Staff: 2 star she tried to get my boot, if I was her I would explode seeing all those people asking for help

Grand Opening today and the line around the corner is worth it. The beautiful new store was buzzing with excitement of shoppers for the staple of the UGG Australia Classic, this seasons hottest fashion boot and the collaboration with Jimmy Choo. Big bags were streaming out the door with happy customers.
The third location in Manhattan is bright and airy on the corner of Madison Ave. and E 58^th St. and the staff are energetic and excited to see the happy customers. The UGG Australia store carries the full line of product for the current season.
