There is no one like Hernan Brizuela. His pedagogy is amazing. His classes are inspirational. He and his wife Anita are effective and caring teachers. Together they create an environment where anyone can learn the art of Tango, and enjoy doing so. I have taken private and group lessons, and the more I take, the more I want to take. It is amazing what you can learn in one short hour. Don’t miss this opportunity! I have studied with many many tango instructors, here and in Argentina. These guys are the B E S T!

This studio is not only a place to learn Argentinian tango but also how to connect to people. Hernan and Anita are very experienced instructors who can give you a short or extended introduction to the world of tango in a group lesson or private instruction session. I’ve been taken both and enjoyed them both. Reasonable prices can make your individual goal achievable and you can meet a new friends too. Highly recommended

You’ve come to the right place for tango! The instructors are passionate and patient. I love Hernan and Anita!!! You will see progress and feel confident even after one or two lessons. I had zero dance experience when I started with them and now after the 6-​hour intensive sessions (split between two nights) I already feel like I could start dancing! Thanks, Hernan! :)

Love taking Argentine Tango classes with Hernan Brizuela and Anita Flejter! They are professional, passionate, graceful, and true masters of their trade. It’s a pleasure to be around them. They are patient and take the time to break down the steps to ensure one truly grasps and understands the motions, not just mechanically follow and repeat the steps. Argentine Tango is not an easy dance to learn and it takes commitment and focus, however, with Anita and Hernan, learning it gracefully –and becoming very passionate about it– is certainly possible!

He adjusts to every student, making that perfect correction that unblocks the magical «next level», imparting true and deep understanding.
He has unique and highly effective teaching methodology. Students of all levels make breakthrough advances. Seasoned teachers attend his classes — and stay for years — to learn his teaching techniques. Private lesson slots are filled months in advance. He is truly the best. Hernan Brizuela and Anita Flejter argentine tango classes are a revelation. Hernan and Anita really teach the fundamentals, giving every single person in the class individual corrections, pointers, and advice.
Hernan shares his passion and excitement for dance while being very encouraging and approachable. Anita Flejter is amazing at identifying exactly what you’re doing wrong and how to fix it. You may not agree at first– but just take my word for it that Anita is right and save some time. Hernan and Anita are very generous teachers. It may be intimidating to compare yourself to Hernan and Anita, so I love how they handle it:
If someone says: «I want to dance like you!»
Hernan will reply: «No, you don’t want to dance like me, you will dance like you!»

I have being taking Hernan and Anita’s 9 weeks course and love how they take the time to go through the mechanics of the steps. They observe each student and will correct you by dancing with you, and pointing at the step or movement you are doing wrong. Class has a nice friendly atmosphere.
