My mom was visiting me for just a month, so we weren’t need to buy the long time contract but we still wanted her to have a local phone while visiting me in US. We came to this store and they explained what is the best option for us will be. Very nice people work there. They’ve been really helpful. Just would like to say thank you!

UN Plaza Wireless opened two blocks from my apartment almost 6 months ago, but today was my first visit.
After forgetting my iPhone at my family’s home overseas, I needed a temporary number and plan to carry me over till a relative brings me my cellphone in a couple of weeks. I tried to avoid Jack’s Place on East 51st as the service there is rude and curt. I found UN Plaza Wireless on Unilocal.
Ash, the owner, could not be more professional and nicer. He set me up with a new number, explained the plans, recommended the one that best suits my needs, and even helped me restore my contacts and email from my other number.
My past experience with wireless stores has been — feeling as if I am unwelcome, feeling ripped-​off, feeling as if I got the wrong product — or all of the above. It is seldom that one feels welcome and in good, honest hands. This is what UN Plaza Wireless is all about.
