Dr. Lenny is a great chiropractor. He uses a method of Advanced Biostructural Correction that accounts for the entire spinal system, and gets you in and out quickly. Office is conveniently located right on Union Square. For the new patient 3-​session package, he will also explain to you how to properly stand, sit, and sleep. I hurt my lower back doing Crossfit training and the tension would not release. After a few sessions, my back started to feel relief. He has a fun informal personality, so it does not feel like a normal clinical doctor visit.

Dr. Lenny is straight up the best chiropractor in New York City. My left arm was going numb all the time and it was really hard to sleep and concentrate. After a couple of visits all that went away! He’s got great energy and is very professional and knowledgeable. His office is really welcoming, and he always has delicious iced jasmine tea available. If you are having back pain or bodily discomfort of any kind he will find a way to help you. Highly recommend. :-)

Dr. Lenny is the BEST!!! I have been to many chiropractors in my life, and Dr. Lenny is incredible.
You see RESULTS from your first appointment. He actually takes a photo –before and after– on your first visit. His technique is the gentlest and yet most effective I have ever experienced. It seems odd, as he manipulates muscles and incorporates muscle testing, etc, but nonetheless, it works.
Also, there are no rules like «you must complete 20 visits until we consider showing you the exercises to do to correct your condition» or any other money making schemes that I have encountered at least in my time… He is honest, and knows his stuff. He has a fantastic, caring bedside manner as well and will take as long as he needs with you.
I travel alot for work and last weekend I was in AWFUL pain in my neck. Dr. Lenny got me right in, and i was so grateful. I figured he would be able to at least lessen the pain. However, the next day, it was totally cured! I couldnt believe it! i could turn my head without pain, nod, and the dull aching pain was gone!!! nothing short of miraculous. truly.

Dr. Lenny is the best Chiropractor I have ever used, and I’ve met my fair share. I’ve seen him for back issues, neck problems, and overall posture and his unique approach and expertise has helped me immensely. Dr. Lenny’s adjustments are amazingly specific. He doesn’t just adjust your spine – and pray that it works. He figures out which side of which vertabrae needs help, and he then adjusts it in a way that’s gentle and sufficient (i.e. not overboard). I’ve been seeing him for months, and he’s eased neck issues, hip issues, even psoas issues (it’s the muscle that wraps around the pelvis and hugs your thighs) in a single visit. Amazing.

This was my first experience seeing a chiropractor. After days of pain in my back– and a pinched nerve causing my lower right leg and foot to be completely numb– I sought Dr. Lenny’s care. He was happy to fit me in that very same day.
