Great shop all the barbers do great work. I prefer izik the guy in the first chair. He did exactly what I asked for. The price if very fair for the city I will defiantly be coming back

Nice lil spot. Went with 4 friends before a concert. Had 2 drinks each, so that’s 10 total and boll was only $ 40. Very reasonable!

Correct address is 169 E 92nd St, between 3rd Ave & Lex. Isik(pronounced Isaac) is proprietor of this established old school men’s barber shop. Better than many expensive hair cuts I’ve had, and only $ 15.00! This is one of the best values in town that I’ve found. I haven’t had anyone else in this shop cut my hair, but everyone appears very professional there.

They’re efficient, friendly and great at their jobs. I have pretty much had my haircut with everyone at the shop and I leave happy each and every time(they make sure of it). The price, $ 15, cannot be beat, especially in the city. As mentioned by other users, this shop is now on 92ndST between 3AV/Lex.

…went here once. not impressed. Try a true italien barber down on 88th… Expert Barbers are much, much better at half the price. there are better places with more service and better quality.

Needed haircut for a job interview at the hospital. This shop is right on my block and the $ 15 price-tag made it even more attractive. My barber was Bek. He was very professional and made sure I was happy with my haircut before ringing me up. The shop was clean. Hours are very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I am brand new to the city and this was my first haircut. I needed a 3 buzz on the sides, tapered, with scissors on top. I got a great cut from Bek — he knew what to do without any extra instruction. Will absolutely be back! Can’t beat the $ 15 price-tag and can’t beat the quality.

I have been having haircuts for over sixty years. My hair has been cut in Philadelphia, Miami, and New York. For the past five years, Boris at Upper East Side Barber has been styling me. He is a «hair genius». My hair has never looked better. I am always a asked, «Where do you get your haircut?» They are now located at 169 East 92nd Street… between Lexington and Third.

Had my hair cut here for the first time by Boris recently. He’s very professional and efficient and did a great job. Not very chatty, but that is fine with me. Basic haircut is $ 15. The new address is 169 E 92nd St(b/n 3rd and Lex) and they are open Mon — Sat 8 – 8 and Sun 9 – 6. Compared to Elite Unisex Salon & Barber Shop on E 94th St(which I would also recommend), this place has more of an old-school traditional barber vibe and their hours in the morning seem more consistent.

Nice place in the upper east side. However, no hello’s. Went straight to the back with the new guy. He seemed confident, but the haircut turned out abysmal. I should have gone to a Dominican shop. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with black/Hispanic/Arab hair.

Went here for years. All the cutters do good work. Cuts are $ 14.
