Agreed with all the other reviews. Somehow FedEx, USPS, DHL and other carriers can leave packages requiring no signature at internal mailboxes. UPS? Not possible. Who is home from 0900 – 1800? Anybody with a job is out, so just LEAVE it. It’s like they take joy in making you trudge to their local facilities after work just so they can tell you they are closing… Because they are only open during business hours. Anyone see a problem here?
The nightmare only continues when you settle in for your hour+ long wait at this pickup location. Awful company, awful service, unhappy/​distracted employees. Wish Amazon would just stop using them.

Worst service EVER. I’m leaving the country tonight for 4 months, and I’m expecting a package to be delivered to my place today, the package came but I wasn’t home and it needed a COD check, and they left a note saying it will be rearranged for delivery tomorrow, but there’s no way I’m gonna get that package tomorrow since I’m leaving, so I called customer service and set up a pick up at this location after 8pm, they reassured me that I will get my package today, so I came all the way by cab in a hurry because I have to go to the airport in an hour, but after I got here the people here said the driver that has my package isn’t back yet, there’s no way I will be getting my package before tomorrow, WTF? And I still have to pay the COD to the driver to get the package, but I won’t be here tomorrow to do that, so just what the fuck is gonna happen to my package I don’t know. Stupid people, WORST service ever.

Unrepentantly poor service must actually be what UPS stands for. For certain you are guaranteed nothing better than that at this location. The first thing you notice upon entry is a pervasive sense of dread. Yes, an acute fear of doing any work. I came in recently and the place was empty but for one customer finishing his transaction and three counter people. Don’t even think you will get a glance if acknowledgment here, much less a welcoming smile. All three glanced up and went straight back to staring at whatever was in front of them, and chatting with each other. The man by the door, a coordinator masquerading as a security guard, was quick to guide me to the clerk already engaged finishing the transaction. What was there to coordinate in an empty center? Definitely a powerful union featherbedding. And dude, when you’re wearing a yellow vest that screams kindergarten crossing guard, it’s difficult to command the level of awe you think you’re entitled to. Attitudes and poor work ethic was all I’ve ever experienced here. One time the line was out the door and Yellow Vest was justifying his salary by shifting people a few inches here and there. And the clerks? This time I didn’t have the UPS notice because the brilliant delivery person had collected it and notes taped to it Thank gosh I had written the tracking number down, which the clerk insisted wasn’t a tracking number but used it to find my package anyway. And when he brought it out and scanned it, I actually had to ask him to put it on the ground next to my shopping cart which was just to the right of him. Because when I get a bulky package that weighs over 3O bs, I would think a gentleman would be polite enough to out it on the ground for me. Gentlemen need not apply at UPS. He did oblige in the end. Don’t even think of asking to dispose of your garbage here, which I did after dissembling my parcel to make it fit inside my cart. This is a receiving facility that I am sure has dumpsters. But if you think it’s in their work contract to discard your garbage or even empty a garbage can, you need to pinch yourself to waken. And did other Unilocalers mention how slow the service here is? When it’s really busy, these workers kick back until they’re outpaced by glaciers. For those of you who have seen Reservoir Dogs, brown is indeed the color of sh*t. Take my advice and use Fed Ex or USPS. At least I’ve gotten good service if not smiles there.

I tend to agree with everyone else on this ups store. Why are they so slow? It’s like being at the post office lol. If I wanted slow Service I would choose usps not ups! Ugh
There are better locations than this in NYC. Midtown location is better.

ok i got here at 2:20pm and I am the 5^th person on line waiting to pick up a parcel. let’s see how long the wait is… the dude doing packages is already rude and unhelpful as hell. he’s like thay guy in the movies who works slower than a snail’s pace and makes you wonder, is this for real.

We went to grab a package at the customer center after dealing w ups for hours on the phone after they did not deliver my package to the correct location — we have been waiting in line for 30 mins — there is only one person working here — this is a poorly run hub and it should be better staffed and managed, this deters me from using ups — fedex is much quicker

You can pick up your UPS delivery here if your building is not accessible for couriers.
A bit slow on the service, almost always just one person picking up the packages from the warehouse.
