They helped me fix my screen really quickly, actually in an hour! However, my phone became really sensitive after.

I had to go back to wireless on 72nd cause there was an issue with the screen replacement I got. Regardless of the defect, the staff was super friendly and changed my screen (a new screen!) and also the screen protector I had gotten there the day before. The service was also very quick, less than 30 minutes! You can’t beat this place

Caution: the web site advertises «get free repair estimate for your device» but that may not be true for you. If you’ve got a cracked iPhone screen or a broken power connector (common problems) they will be able to quote you on the spot. If they can not immediately discern why your phone is not working, though, they want to charge you a non-​refundable fee ($ 35 in my case) before they will either quote you the cost to repair or tell you they can’t fix it.
By the way, I never got a reply to my earlier attempt to schedule an appointment via the web site to get a free estimate and wound up having to call (probably because I described a water damage problem in the web form).

My screen broke on my iPhone 5 so I went on Groupon and bought a screen repair from Wireless on 72. The process was painless and he did an awesome job — it cost $ 75 which I think is a lot but is much better than paying $ 199 through my insurance! They also do iPads and other screens. Fast, and friendly service not to mention convenient location! Hope to never need the service again but if I do I will definitely go back.
TIP: Call ahead to make sure the technician is working that day to avoid long wait time.

Great deal on iPhone repair via Unilocal unlock or else on Groupon. 30 min in and out with my phone back up and running again! Offer at&t service so they were able to offer solutions for my cell phone and tablet service.

This place doesn’t honor the Unilocal deal. I wasted my time going here after purchasing the deal. For them to tell me I need to pay an additional $ 30 to get serviced. I will be calling Unilocal for a refund.
