Somehow you can still get charged by xchange when you have unlimited calling within the United States for some calls that’s with the 712 area code, which makes no sense to me!

What a difference from Verizon. Ordered two phone lines and Internet. They were on time and turned up service that worked. Minor issue with IP addresses but they were very responsive getting back to me

Terrible phone service provider! Phone lines cut in and out constantly and calling customer service is a waste of time. After holding for 15 minutes, the answering service came on to take a message! Of course, I never heard back from anyone! Bad business — waiting to see how long before they close up shop!
