This bodega is a plight to the neighborhood. For the past 5 years they been selling beer to already intoxicated men. They allow them to drink directly underneath their awning or right out side underneath the tree the city planted. It is always a large group of men. these men are not even from the neighborhood. They just come here to drink. They go in and out buying beer and drinking it on the sidewalk. Before they decriminalized marijuana they would smoke it right out side the store while drinking in the open. They drink hard liqour and chase it with the beer they get from this bodega. Then they urinate right on the side walk. They pass out drunk on the side walk. Last summer one of them was so drunk that he fell over while urinating on the tree and just laid exposed with his penis out in-front of all the neighborhood kids that were playing outside during summer break. I’ve seen them urinate on parked cars right on their doors along Elmhurst ave, they urinate against the apartment buildings. They don’t care if it’s daylight or night time. Does not matter how drunk or disorderly the«customer» is they will keep selling you beer. These drunk men then block the side walk. They panhandle. Harass women and girls that walk by and make all sorts of noise night and day. This bodega is the worst thing to ever happen to our neighborhood. Please do not buy from them or support them with sales. Plenty of other places to choose from.

As far as bodegas go, this one has it all. The standard beverages range from diet sodas to beer(modelo and Heineken) and they also sell ramen instant pasta and laundry detergent. I think it’s either a sister brother run operation or a very unhappy couple that manages the store. They are Korean and have Korean TV playing for their amusement. They also have strange prices for things($ 1.65 for a diet coke) which makes me think they make up the prices based on who is buying what. But I frequent said store because of their selection and proximity to my home.
