I am a real estate sales agent at Corcoran and have used Petro twice now to close for my clients. Each time he has proven himself to be the utmost in professionalism, service, and friendliness. My clients find him tremendously easy to deal with, accessible, responsible, and responsive.
Recently, the contrast was stark as the other sides attorney was very late in returning documents, sloppy, and unprofessional. Petro managed to reel them in and get them to respond so that the deal did not fall apart. I have seen deals not close because of one or the other’s attorney’s unprofessional conduct or lack of understanding. There are usually no winners in a such a case.

I had some questions about a partnership agreement I was getting ready to sign that was drafted by my partners attorney and I didn’t quite understand the lingo and different clauses.
The attorney here was able to break it down in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was very knowledgable and pointed out a few things that may have not been in my best interest. I generally don’t like lawyers because I feel like all they want is your money. I did not get that feeling here at all. He was happy to have me as a customer and I won’t use any other firm from here on out!

Petro is everything I was looking for in a lawyer. Not only did he help me navigate the process of opening a business, he also saved me thousands through his thorough review of my complicated commercial lease. Initially when I consulted with Mr. Zinkovetsky on a legal matter, I was genuinely impressed with his expertise and knowledge on the issue.
